• Jquery hover function doesn't work for a table...

  I am trying to execute a Perl script like so: /usr/bin/ec2-consistent-snapshot 'vol-dr3131c2' When the Perl script fails it exits using 'die' and prints out an error message. I can see that error message when executing manually, but I am failing to capture it through PHP.   I want to use PEAR's HTML_Template_IT in one of my Wordpress page templates so I can separate the HTML from the PHP. I got it working, except I am not sure about one thing. Wordpress's built-in function get_header() actually echo's HTML - so I can't technically set it as a template variable. Is this considered acceptable or is there another way to put the contents of get_header() in a variable? Thanks!

  Hi, I cannot for the life of me figure this out, maybe someone can help. Using MODX a form takes user criteria to create a filter and return a list of documents. The form is one text field and a few checkboxes. If both text field and checkbox data is posted, the function works fine; if just the checkbox data is posted the function works fine; but if just the text field data is posted, modx gives me the following error: Error: implode() [function.implode]: Invalid arguments passed. I've tested this outside of modx with flat files and it all works fine leading me to assume a bug exists within modx. But I'm not convinced. • webscraper grabbing images, but not entering info into database

  Hello, again. I'm having more issues with my script entering info into my database. The script below grabs a page, strips down the necessary info, then downloads the related image file. After that, it is supposed to enter the information gleaned from the URL into the database. For some reason, the script seems to iterate through the URLs, as I get downloaded images for each URL, but each URL's product is not entered into the database. The script will insert the first product's categories and product info, and then it just stops, and continues to download images.   Hey guys I have a connection class I found for pdo. I am calling the connection method on the page that the file is included on. The problem is that within functions the $conn variable is not defined even though I stated the method was public (bare with me I am very new to OOP), and I was wondering if anyone had an elegant solution other then using global in every function. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Here's an example mkfifo one mkfifo two echo hi | tee one two & cat one & cat two & cat one does not start reading until cat two is run. Is there a way to make cat one run without waiting?
