  • iPhone 4.0 SDK UIWebView crashes with DOMHTMLElement error..

    My app have an UIWebView and I open a twitter oauth page with it. when I open oauth page , it works well. after I sign-in, it redirects to another page which have PIN code. and It crashes down with logs below.     i am executing the following code to logout of faceboook from my iphone app if ([mFacebook isSessionValid]) { [mFacebook logout]; } this code runs successfully and the delegate is called after this in which i am clearing the access token - (void)fbDidLogout { NSUserDefaults *defaults = [NSUserDefaults standardUserDefaults]; [defaults removeObjectForKey:@"FBAccessTokenKey"]; [defaults removeObjectForKey:@"FBExpirationDateKey"]; [defaults synchronize]; } but when i again login to facebook, it does not ask for username and password. Can someone please suggest me what wrong am i doing?? Thanks in advance.

  • Customizing the post to facebook in Sharekit2.0

    I have integrated the latest code in sharekit into my project. I am able to click in to go to the facebook and able to see the text i am going to post. The image looks like this: I would like to change two things. Firstly, I am not able to see the cancel or post button because of my app picture at top. So i would like to set the view to be scrollable. How do i change that? Secondly, I would like to remove the keyboard after i press return, or i want a way to remove the keyboard.     Im used to working with twitter, where friend/follower totals are available in a simple xml request. My goal is a simple "enter your username/user id, and display your friends count". Is there something like this for facebook? From what i gather, ill have to make an application, and have anyone who wants to grab their friends total actually install that app from within their own facebook profile. Anyone have any experience with this?

Is it possible to use Facebook Connect (or any other means of FB integration) in a native iPhone app without resorting to the built in login dialog (which looks awful)? Something where I could create my own custom login screen asking for the facebook login username and password and then using the fbconnect native methods to validate that info and retrieve a valid session?

    The old Facebook API provided the user sex/gender as part of the default user data. Apparently the new Graph API does not provide that information, even though the documentation says that it does. I've heard people say that you need to request special permissions to get it and other pieces of data, but I have not been successful in getting it to work. Does anyone have an example, using the Facebook Graph API, of how to get the user's gender and/or location (city/state/country/whatever)?
