    Hi, could someone recommend a PHP form validation library (that works independently outside of any php framework) that apart from doing all sort of basic validation (is empty, vs regex, is email, is alphanumeric and so on) can produce javascript code (ideally to work with jquery) to validate the very same form with the very same rules client-side and hence define validation rules in a single place and have a form validated both server and client side?     Is there any java libraries that is similar to unix's command file? ie: $ file somepicture.png somepicture.png PNG image, 805 x 292, 8-bit/color RGB, non-interlaced The file command is such a nice tool. I need something that can tell me if the file is really what I want it to be. (ie a picture, document etc) I know I can run the command file, but I am looking for a java library, not running the actual unix command.

    Hi everybody, In an application we are developpment, we are accessing Active Directory users and groups using the .Net DirectoryEntry and DirectorySearcher classes. Managing the test groups and users during development is getting tedious.
