I've to write its Java counterpart in Java Native Access [JNA], but this declaration seems to be wrong:

I got the following exception:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Error
looking up function 'SHChangeNotify'
Any idea how to write it correctly?
