• Cannot Create New Team Project TFS2010 TF249063 TF218017

  Server: Windows 2008 R2 Standard Team Foundation Server 2010 WSS 3.0 TFS Configuration: Single Server instalation (including SharePoint) The following error occurs when trying to create a new team project from my local machine. The ://sourcecontrol site and ://sourcecontrol/sites/DefaultCollection/ site appears to be functioning fine and my user is a Site collection administrator on both. I can navigate both sites through a browser on my local machine. • iphone app: delegate not responding

  Hi guys.. So i'm very new to this iphone development stuff.... and i'm stuck. I'm building an app that connects to the twitter api. However when the connectionDidFinishLoading method gets called, it doesn't seem to recognise the delegate. Everything is lowercase, so I don't think that it's that issue. If I switch to MySQL, the same code same project (I only change driver,URL, authentication), it works. In Eclipse Datasource Explorer, I can ping the DB and it succeeds. Weird thing is that I can't see the tables from there either. It expands the public schema but it doesn't expand the tables. • Can't Remove Logical Drive/Array from HP P400

  This is my first post here. Thank you in advance for any assistance with this matter. I'm trying to remove a logical drive (logical drive 2) and an array (array "B") from my Smart Array P400. The host is a DL580 G5 running 64-bit Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.7 (Tikanga). I am unable to remove the array using either hpacucli or cpqacuxe. I believe it is because of "OS Status: LOCKED". The file system that lives on this array has been unmounted. I do not want to reboot the host. Is there some way to "release" this logical drive so I can remove the array? Note that I do not need to preserve the data on logical drive 2. I intend to physically remove the drives from the machine and replace them with larger drives. I'm using the cciss kernel module that ships with Red Hat 5.7. • ActiveMq NMS Disconnects after about 30 seconds

  'm trying to do simple pub/sub with ActiveMq. I can get it all working fine, but the subscriber disconnects after about 30 seconds. I've looked for a timeout type of value I can change but nothing seems to be working.   I have a few questions about permissions and prompts. Most importantly this has to do with making a data connection and using GPS QUESTIONS 1. Prompts & Allow - Remove Notice?: When installing my app (signed) on various devices, some devices prompt the user about making a data connection and some do not (the connection is just made). I check the permissions, and on both devices they are data connection is set to prompt. Why would one device just make a connection and the other requires a prompt? NOTE: both devices are on the same carrier (verision) and and are not restricted by BES. 2. Premission Dialog in Recent Build: In the recent build the user is promted about allowing a data request. In previous version builds this pompt never occured (even though both builds make a data connection that might require a prompt). For the life of me I can't tell what I might have changes that resulted in pompts now occuring. Is there anything I should check in the build/project/files so these prompts wont appear any longer? 3. Set Permissions On Install?: Is there any way to enforce permissions (say to allow) on install of the app? I know I can do invokePermissionsRequest but that will then occur during when running the app. Ideally I'd like to get permissions settled without user involvement or during install. • HTTPSConnection module missing in Python 2.6 on CentOS 5.2

  Hi guys, I'm playing around with a Python application on CentOS 5.2. It uses the Boto module to communicate with Amazon Web Services, which requires communication through a HTTPS connection.   I'm debugging part of a large project in Visual Studio 2005, and stepping through the code line by line. int speed = this->values.speed; int ref = this->values.ref_speed; After stepping past the first line, values.speed has a value of 61, but for some reason, speed is getting assigned the value 58. After the second line, values.ref_speed has a value of 58, but ref gets assigned the value 30. When paused, you can see that the original values are in fact 61 and 58 respectively, but the values getting stored are different. What is causing this behaviour?

Looking at the query using Profiler, I do not see my addition to the insert command. Questions: 1) Why is my addition to the insert command not making its way to the sql being executed on the database? 2) Is there a simpler way to have my DataSet refreshed with the identity values of the inserted rows? 3) Should I use the OnRowUpdated callback to add my child records? The following variables are known: - Speed - Length between the 2 points - Source position (X, Y) - Destination position (X, Y) How can I calculate a position between the source and destion with these variables given? For example: source: 0, 0 destination: 10, 0 speed: 1 so after 1 second the players position would be 1, 0 The code below works but it's quite long so I'm looking for something shorter/more logical ====================================================================== I'm having a hard time figuring out how to calculate a new position of a player ingame. This code is server sided used to track a player(It's a emulator so I don't have access to the clients code). The collision detection of the server works fine I'm using bresenham's line algorithm and a raycast to determine at which point a collision happens. Once I deteremined the collision I calculate the length of the path the player is about to walk and also the total time. I would like to know the new position of a player each second. This is the code I'm currently using. • Emulate disk IO speeds in Android SDK

  I don't have a physical Android device to work with, so all I can use is the emulator. I'm wondering if there's something I could use to make the IO speeds more realistic - How do I slow down disk access to the speed it would be on a physical device? Also, this may be unrelated, but when I change the speed and latency options in Eclipse ADT DDMS view, I don't notice any change in internet speed on the emulator. Is this a bug?

I've been testing it out with multiple devices and the simulator and it works fine, but there's just the one Blackberry 9000 (It's not the model, I've tried it out with another Blackberry 9000), and it's stuck waiting for a response from the server. • How do I constrain the SCons Command builder to run only if its dependencies have changed?

  I am using the Command builder in scons to specify that a particular script needs to be invoked to produce a particular file. I would like to only run the script if it has been modified since the file was previously generated. The default behaviour of the Command builder seems to be to always run the script. How can I change this?
