  • Obtain newer version of NetSNMP for CentOS 5

    I'm using CentOS 5. I have a need to use net-snmp version "net-snmp-utils-5.5-37.el6_2.1.x86_64" which is currently available in CentOS 6 but not in CentOS 5. The reason I need this version (or greater) is because there is a new supported option added to the config files that I need for my setup. It would be very much appreciated if someone would give me some steps to install this version (or greater) on my production CentOS 5 systems. Upgrading to CentOS 6 is currently not an option. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

  • Where to obtain openssl-devel for SunOS 5.10

    So I am having an issue that I have seen other people have on many different systems. I have to build Subversion on a SunOS 5.10 box and have run into issues. I have the openssl source code installed and in the subversion-1.6.9 folder, I run the following: ./configure --with-ssl --with-libs=/opt/exp/lib/openssl/lib and receive the error: checking for library containing RSA_new... not found configure: error: could not find library containing RSA_new configure failed for neon I have also tried running the command without the "lib" on the end of the --with-libs path. I read online that I need the openssl-devel packages, but I have been unable to find them for SunOS 5.10, and they do not show up already installed on my system when running pkginfo. I have looked online including http://www.sunfreeware.com/ which I was told was a good SunOS software source. Any help you can provide would be welcomed. Thanks, Sean

    Anyone know if it is possible to get a non-domain Server to pick-up it's updates from a domain included WSUS server? Just thinking about Hyper-V host Servers, in a single server environment clearly this cannot be part of the domain because at the time the VM Host boots the Domain Controllers is not available. However is there any way to make this Hyper-V Host collect it's updates from the WSUS server.

    I am trying to send push notification to iphone. By searching on internet i found that register the P12 file on server with winhttpcertcfg. But when I tried with this command winhttpcertcfg -g -c LOCAL_MACHINE\MY -s "CertificateName" -a "ASPNET" on command window after installing winhttpcertcfg. But I am getting the error "Unable to find or obtain a context for request certificate" Can you please suggest me, how to solve this error?

I have manually set up the classpath variable for Java by CLI like this: bash-3.2$ echo $CLASSPATH /home/cmao/public_html/jsp/mysql-connector-java-5.1.12-bin.jar This shows that I've added the lastest mysql connection jar archive to my CLASSPATH variable. In which case I cannot configure the MySQL JDBC package to let my Servlets(a JSP is but a Servlet anyway) work. I am not sure how to fix this issue. would it be better if I use an IDE like Eclipse or NetBeans and create a real Java "web app" so that everything can be "self-configured" by the usage of a web.config XML configuration file?     Hi, Does anyone know of a way to obtain the phone service state (IN_SERVICE, OUT_OF_SERVICE, EMERGENCY_ONLY, POWER_OFF) in android. I was hoping there would be a broadcastreciever to identify the changes, but I can't find anything. I know there's a listener but I'm not sure how I would use that from my app as it runs as a service using a WakefulIntentService (by thecommonsguy). With something like battery level (ie BATTERY_LOW, BATTERY_OKAY) it's quite easy, but I just can't work out a similar things for phone service changes.

    I need to work with an old repository, whose db/format contains 2 From this question, I understand that this means it's version 1.4. I have only 1.5 executables, which produce a db/format containing 3 layout sharded 1000 I've tried to use the 1.5 svnadmin to verify the 1.4 repo, but it fails with 'vnadmin: Unknown FS type 'fsfs If anyone's got any ideas on how to fix this, that'd be great. My current working plan is to obtain 1.4 executables. The problem I have is that I've done a fair amount of searching, and I can't find any SubVersion 1.4 executable downloads. Any help would be hugely appreciated.

    I have some managed code that calls to a method inside some native DLL(i have the appropriate symbol files). Sometimes, that native method throws an exception which I catch in my managed code. However, when i print the stacktrace from my caught exception, I see only managed code (the last frame is the call to the native code .. but it don't see the stacktrack within the native code). How can I obtain the native callstack as well? *When i'm debugging the code, i am able to step into the native code, and see the actuall call stack.
