• WPF scrollview scrolled to the bottom default

  I have a scrollview containing a ListBox. I would like the scrollview to scroll all the way to the bottom by default when the view has been loaded! This because the most recent element is always the last element in the ListBox. Is there an easy way to achieve this behavior? Thanks

  I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the recent Safari update, but I'm beginning to notice this a lot. There is a drastic difference in the way each browser is rendering fonts. for instance, I took screenshots of what I am seeing here on stackoverflow... http://twitpic.com/q43eh I have verified that this is a trend via my co-workers machines. has anyone noticed this or have any thoughts on non-hack solutions?

  This jQuery statement works in recent versions of Firefox and Chrome but throws an error in IE 8. left_bar_string = "<tr><td><a href='#' onclick= "return newPopUpWindow('somelink','window', '1000','800','100','0','yes')">Directions</a></td></tr>"; $("#side_bar").append(left_bar_string); I think problem is with double quotes. • No postback on any button click on ASP.NET 4.0 application

  The weird thing is If there is a javascript onClick() on a button, postback works otherwise, there is no postback. This was working very recently. I am not sure what recent changes made to the application made this happening throughout the site. The solution suggested by this link does not work as well (that link is applicable to .NET 1.1 though). Any idea whats going on?

• Getting a KeyError in DB backend of django-digest

  I have just started to integrate django_digest into my app. As a start I have added the @httpdigest decorator to one of my views. If I try to connect to it I get a KeyError exception thrown in django_digest/backend/db.py . Depending on which db I configure I get a different KeyError in a different location. I am using Django 1.2.1, with MySql (also tested with sqlite). I am using the default values for all the settings options. As far as I can see I have followed all instructions but am struggling all day with this. I am using the repository versions of django-digest and python-digest. Any steer would be greatly appreciated. • Web based printing from a Django application?

  Is there any recent developments in web based printing? I know using @media print in CSS, PDF based solution or iTextSharp but they are not really easy (except @media print) but alignment is little tricky if receipt contains barcodes or if I have to format for A5 etc., Is there anything new in HTML5 which will support this?   I would like to use Guava in a project, but my PM doesn't like the "r05" suffix, saying that it looks like it's not stable. In fact, the part I need is only the Google-Collections 1.0 which is now deprecated (my PM doesn't like that word either). So I don't really get the versioning of Guava/Google-Collections. I'm currently doing the development with GC1.0, but if possible I'll switch to a more recent and stable version.

  I've noticed in recent ads that the Verizon Droid and Droid Eris have to put up acknowledgement on Lucasfilm's trademark of the word "Droid", and had to pay licensing fees to use it. I'm wondering if an app I'm building that uses the word Droid in the naming is violating said trademark. I've noticed other apps that do it (Twitdroid), and never once considered it a problem. The name in question would be ServiceDroid.

  Background Our email vendor supports rss feeds for dynamic content, which we use successfully for "daily headline" type emails. This is a great help in automating many different emails that we don't have staffing to create daily. One of our staff as requested that his daily email (which has recent headlines from his Movable Type blog) only have headlines from entries posted on that day. My Question Since we use Movable Type for his blog, is there a way to generate a rss feed that only contains items posted on the current day?
