  It seems that a similar question has been asked before, http://stackoverflow.com/questions/373357/obtaining-iphone-photo-exposure-information I wondering with the new iPhone camera, if there is any way to extract exposure data from the camera? it seems that it is able to sample different exposures based on where you focus, but I have yet to find any further documentation. • URL breaking at special character

  Hello All- I'm having trouble with a URL string in my Web Application. It's using a UNC path similar to \\houtestmachine\common\File1.pdf My problem is when it encounters files that have a # character. I tried doing a string newstring = originalstring.Replace("#", "%23"); but the # is still there in URL (target of a hyperlink) at runtime in the browser. How can I fix this?

  In an app I'm profiling, I found that in some scenarios this function is able to take over 10% of total execution time. MSVC++ 2008 compiler is being used, for reference...   Hello Everybody, I've got a question regarding a SQL-select-query: The table contains several columns, one of which is an Integer-column called "size" - the task I'm trying to perform is query the table for the sum of all rows (their values), or to be more exact get a artifical column in my ResultSet called "overallSize" which contains the sum of all "size"-values in the table. Preferable it would be possible to use a WHERE-clause to add only certain values ("WHERE bla = 5" or something similar). The DB-engine is HSQLDB (HyperSQL), which is compliant to SQL2008. As multiple similar requests might be waiting for being processed in blocked state. I used hashtable to keep track of processed request, but it will create memory leaks, so how should keep track of processed request and avoid the same requests to be processed which may be in blocking state.

• Trying to connect to a remote server using Eclipse

  I have an Ubuntu server running Tomcat, and I want to connect my Eclipse EE to it so I can work with JSP. I have no problem connecting to a similar Tomcat service when it's installed on my machine (not a server), but whenever I try to connect to the remote server I don't seem to have the option of choosing a Tomcat service. Is there some guide you can recommend (I didn't find one), or is there something I did wrong?
