It is possible to create a producer/consumer, one thread that recovers compacted blocks from disk and put in a queue and another thread that decompress and read the data?   i am particularly using netbeans gui editor and i am new to gui i have a jframe created and I added jtabbedpanel. inside the jtabbedpanel i have 2 panels that i call standard and compact i have set standardPanel = new ImagePanel(); which ImagePanel.java is located on different java file how am I suppose to put a panel on different file for reusability ? i obviously dont want all the codes in a single file. is this the right way to design a gui ? thanks

  I'm using Master Page in my ASP.net application, in the master page I put a ContentPlaceHolder in Update Panel to support AJAX in child pages, the question is how to stop Refreshing "master page controls" while navigating between pages?   I've published an RSS xml in my tomcat. When I hit the URL, like http://localhost:8080/Proj/rss.xml, I'm able to view the feed. But when I integrate it with Google Ajax Api, I always end up with "Feed could not be loaded." So to test, I downloaded an rss.xml file from a reputed site, put it into my tomcat server and hit the url and it should up, but again when I integrate it with Google's AJAX api, it doesn't load up. Any help!!
