• how to change port number of Apache server in windows OS

  i have installed xampp control panel and Apache 2.2 on windows XP when i type http://localhost/ gives me page which says It Works! now i want to change the port number 80 to some other number how to change it ? in how many files does it needs to be changed ? dose it require to restart the system to change to take effect ? note: i have changed port number in C:\xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf in two places where it says Listen 80 and ServerName localhost:80 Pls help, thanks.

  hi all, i am actually trying to change the color index for the first word with braces in an array, for eg if i have an array like this... @array=" (Love) is (beautiful), Its like an (air), So it can be (only) felt, (Cannot) be (seen)." and i need the colour of the first word that are inside the braces () ie "(Love), (Cannot)" including () to be in RED and rest of the contents in BLACK and print the entire contents of the array in msword(2003) using win32::ole....and am using windows xp.This array is just an example the contents of an array will change but first word with braces has to be printed in red can any one help me pls... its very urgent...Thanks a lot to all who help me in this regard.

• Cruise control.NET invoking an IDE

  Hi, I have an IDE named VxWorks 653 2.2.3 Development shell which needed to be invoked all the time when i notice any change in my source files.So i had invoked this shell through a VB scripts which invokes two more .bat(Batch files) to get this shell popped up for execution.Now i feel that since my IDE can be invoked by command line,it can also be invoked through nant scripts using the statement like D:\WindRiver\wrenv.exe -p vxworks653-2.2.3 But what i see is that its not at all invoking.I had tried all different ways but all turned out to be in vain. Can anyone pls suggest me any way either in nant scripts or in cruise control by which my IDE can be invoked.Now at present i am using VB scripts which is a very long proceess.   I have posted similar question before . I have tried 2 things here .. C# code to make use of MS exchange web service exposed by our companys server, and send emails. THis works in our US offfice ... when i run the same application from our columbian client .. it does not work. C# code to send email a) use senMail C# API b) C# script to manually do the telnet to client smtp outgoing email server and send emails. BOth work in our US office .... but does not work when run from columnbian client location I need a solution asap ... pls help ..

• Need help in radiobutton within gridview

  Hi all, Thru radio button i am selecting the data from gridview. Here all radio buttons are selectable at a time. Actually it should not happen at a time user can select only one button which i could not do. My second problem is when i am selecting particular radiobutton that details should be displayed in text box. I have Itemid, ItemName, Quantity, Rate and Total field in gridview. These values i have inserted thru textbox so i have all the corresponding text box for all. So once i select particular radiobutton those details should be displayed in corresponding textbox. I have done the insertion coding for this but couldn't do selecting thru radiobutton and dispalying in textbox. Pls somebody help me in coding for this problem. Thanks, sumit

• Google Map API V3 geocoder not showing the correct place

  I am upgrading my codes from Google Map API V2 to V3. In V2, I used GlocalSearch to get the latitude and longitude for the given address. In V3, I saw google.maps.Geocoder() and try to get the similar detail. However, the lat & long given by the V3 function is not accurate. • advice on setting up SVN

  I'm trying to setup an svn server. I maintain couple of websites based on asp. There are three environments currently. Development: Any new modules/enhancements will be done in this environment Staging: Mirror of production Production: The public facing website. Currently when there's an update to the website, this is what we do do the update in development copy file to staging copy file to production In production we take a backup of the old file by renaming it. I would like to make it simpler by installing SVN and stop the file renaming thing. But im not sure how many repositories to have per website. should be it be three or two? I'm absolutely new to svn. Just installed it in a linux based server (ubuntu). Can you pls advice how to go about it? Thanks -Vivek

  I am having a problem with selecting a certain child node. What I want to achieve: I you have this treeview for example (one parent with two child nodes): Parent -Child with a value 5 -Child with a value 2. I want to add these two values and assign them to Parent node: Parent result 7 -Child 5 -Child 2. Of course, a bigger treeview would have several parents and lots of children and they will all add up to one root node. How can I do this?? pls help. thx, Caslav
