  • Oracle B2B 11g - Transport Layer Acknowledgement

    - by Nitesh Jain Oracle
In Health Care Industry,Acknowledgement or Response should be sent back very fast. Once any message received, Acknowledgement should be sent back to TP. Oracle B2B provides a solution to send acknowledgement or Response from transport layer of mllp that is called as immediate acknowledgment. Immediate acknowledgment is generated and transmitted in the transport layer. It is an alternative to the functional acknowledgment, which generates after processing/validating the data in document layer. Oracle B2B provides four types of immediate acknowledgment: Default: Oracle B2B parses the incoming HL7 message and generates an acknowledgment from it. This mode uses the details from incoming payload and generate the acknowledgement based on incoming HL7 message control number, sender and application identification. By default, an Immediate ACK is a generic ACK. Trigger event can also sent back by using Map Trigger Event property. If mapping the MSH.10 of the ACK with the MSH.10 of the incoming business message is required, then enable the Map ACK Control ID property. Simple: B2B sends the predefined acknowledgment message to the sender without parsing the incoming message. Custom: Custom immediate Ack/Response mode gives a user to define their own response/acknowledgement. This is configurable using file in the Custom Immediate ACK File property. Negative: In this case, immediate ACK will be returned only in the case of exceptions.

  • htaccess/cPanel 301 redirects not working for add-on domain

    - by Clemens
I've already looked at many samples and tutorials how to set up those 301 redirects on Apache and can't figure out why only the second one is working: Options +FollowSymlinks RewriteEngine on #doesn't work: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^old.com$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.old.com$ RewriteRule ^page-still-exists.htm$ "http://www.new.com/new-target-page.htm" [R=301,L] #works: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^old.com$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.old.com$ RewriteRule ^page-does-no-longer-exist.htm$ "http://www.new.com/" [R=301,L] #works: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^old.com$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.old.com$ RewriteRule ^folder/otherpage.htm$ "http://www.new.com/" [R=301,L] #works: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^old.com$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.old.com$ RewriteRule ^/?$ "http://www.new.com/" [R=301,L] #doesn't work: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^old.com$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.old.com$ RewriteRule ^somepage.htm$ "http://www.old.com/some-page.htm" [R=301,L] I have no idea why only the second one is working. The only difference I can see is, that in the second case the old page does no longer exist on the old domain. But whenever I want to redirect any still existing page from the old domain to the new domain the page on the old domain is still used. Any input is much appreciated because this is slowly driving me crazy :) EDIT: I added the complete htaccess file. EDIT 2: So I removed almost all redirects and currently my htaccess looks like this: Options +FollowSymlinks RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^old\.com$ [OR] RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www\.old\.com$ RewriteRule ^(.*)$ "http\:\/\/www\.new\.com\/$1" [R=301,L] The only redirect that is working is the simple one from old.com to new.com. A redirect like old.com/page.htm to new.com or even new.com/page.htm is not working. And actually I really don't know where this redirect is actually coming from... Can a 301 really be so complicated?

  • Google Analytics www 301 causing issues with In-Page Analytics

    - by conrad10781
The closest question I could find to my problem is This one. The similarity is: I have a profile in Google Analytics (GA) that has been collecting data for a year. The domain setting in GA is "http://example.com". The site, however, will redirect any non-www request, to www.example.com, via a typical .htaccess refinement. We do this to keep the traffic on the load balancers. I don't know the method the original user had in place, but we're doing a 301 on any non-www to the www equivalent. I believe this has to be somewhat standard. Where I differ from this question is in the error message I receive when trying to load the In-Page Analytics. I'm instead receiving: Error: The Website in your settings (http://example.com), redirects into a different domain. (http://www.example.com). In-Page Analytics currently works on only one domain. Note that www.example.com and example.com are NOT considered to be on the same domain. Also, make sure you're not redirecting from http:// to https:// or vice versa. I understand what's being explained, it just seems as though this can't be the end-all. I tried updating the Analytics settings, which from day one has been set as "One domain with multiple subdomains", but I don't see any options to change the URL ( which is currently set to http://example.com and not http://www.example.com ). I'd prefer not to have to change the URL if that was at all possible, but I can't seem to find any documentation or anything that provide any possible solutions.

  • Configuring Request-Reply in JMSAdapter

    - by [email protected]
Request-Reply is a new feature in 11g JMSAdapter that helps you achieve the following:Allows you to combine Request and Reply in a single step. In the prior releases of the Oracle SOA Suite, you would require to configure two distinct adapters. Performs automatic correlation without you needing to configure BPEL "correlation sets". This would work seamlessly in Mediator and BPMN as well.In order to configure the JMSAdapter Request-Reply, please follow these steps:1) Drag and drop a JMSAdapter onto the "External References" swim lane in your composite editor. 2) Enter default values for the first few screens in the JMS Adapter wizard till you hit the screen where the wizard prompts you to enter the operation name. Select "Request-Reply" as the "Operation Type" and Asynchronous as "Operation Name".3) Select the Request and Reply queues in the following screens of the wizard. The message will be en-queued in the "Request" queue and the reply will be returned in the "Reply" queue. The reason I have used such a selector is that the back-end system that reads from the request queue and generates the response in the response queue actually generates more than one response and hence I must use a filter to exclude the unwanted responses.4) Select the message schema for request as well as response. 5) Add an <invoke> activity in BPEL corresponding to the JMS Adapter partner link. Please note that I am setting an additional header as my third-party application requires this.6) Add a <receive> activity just after the <invoke> and select the "Reply" operation. Please make sure that the "Create Instance" option is unchecked.Your completed BPEL process will something like this:

  • SEO - Google and link cleaning / cloaking [closed]

    - by Jens Törnell
Possible Duplicate: Does the Google spider render JavaScript? This a SEO related question, not a code related one. Googles own link cleaning / cloaking Gå to http://www.google.com and search for something. Hover the title and you will se a link to the page you want to go to. The URL you see when hovering is NOT the link you are clicking on. Instead of clicking you can drag the title a little bit and then hover it. Then you will se the real URL. My own link cleaning / cloaking Go to http://jsfiddle.net/NvmER/1/ and click the link, or look at the code below. You will be "redirected" to http://www.test.com. The real link are http://www.test.com/?event=23 Working code in case jsfiddle don't work If you need to se how it works I pasted a code below. <a class="direct" href="http://www.test.com/?event=23" data-redirect="http://www.test.com">Länk</a>? $(document).ready(function() { $("a.direct").live("mousedown", function(e){ var oldurl = $(this).attr('href'); var newurl = $(this).attr('data-redirect'); $(this).attr('href', newurl); }); });? Question Is this ok with Google? It's done with javascript. If you have an answer, link to a source or test to support it.

  • ASP.NET MVC Controllers & Actions In Regards To URLs And SEO

    - by user1066133
The general idea is that if I were to create an MVC site, simple pages such as the contact and about pages will be placed under the Home Controller. So my URL would look like http://www.mysite.com/home/contact, and http://www.mysite.com/home/about. The above works just fine, but I really don't like the idea of having the "home" portion in the URL. So what negatives would there be if I decided to make a controller name of Contact and About and just added a single Index action so that way the URL would be simplified to http://www.mysite.com/contact and http://www.mysite.com/about. This method looks cleaner. Do any of you do the same or something similar? I've been trying to work on SEO for an escort service site I've developed and when you search for the females the link looks like http://www.mysite.com/escorts/female-escorts, and like-wise for males. I'm wondering if I should remove the Escorts Controller and just create a Female_Escorts Controller with an Index Action only so it comes out like the above as http://www.mysite.com/female-escorts.

  • SQL Server for the Oracle DBA Links

    - by BuckWoody
I do a presentation (and a class) called "SQL Server for the Oracle DBA". It's a non-marketing overview that gives you the basics of working with SQL Server if you're already familiar wtih how Oracle works. This class and these links DO NOT help you with "Why should I use Oracle/SQL Server instead of Oracle/SQL Server" - I'll assume you're already there, and if not, there are LOTS of sites to help you make that decision. Although these links might contain slight marketing slants (I don't control them) I've tried to get the best links I can. Feel free to comment here to add more/better links. As such, these aren't links that help you work with Oracle - they are links to help you work with SQL Server. Some of them contain more information than you actually need, others don't have near enough. Taken together (and with the class) you're able to get done what you need to do. "Practical SQL Server for Oracle Professionals" - A Microsoft Whitepaper, probably the best place to get started: http://download.microsoft.com/download/6/9/d/69d1fea7-5b42-437a-b3ba-a4ad13e34ef6/SQLServer2008forOracle.docx Free Training: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sqlserver/dd548020.aspx Classroom training (will cost you): http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/course.aspx?ID=50068A&locale=en-us Terminology Differences: http://www.associatedcontent.com/article/2383466/oracle_and_sql_server_basic_terminology.html Datatype mapping between Oracle and SQL Server: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms151817.aspx The "other" direction - can still be useful for the Oracle professional to see the other side: http://blog.benday.com/archive/2008/10/23/23195.aspx Share this post: email it! | bookmark it! | digg it! | reddit! | kick it! | live it!

In most of my interactions with the partner developer community who are working on either Webcenter Projects or ADF related Projects, there are constant questions that come up on the documentation or samples or step by step instructions for novices. Though most of the resources are available online on the OTN site, there seems to be a difficulty in getting hold of the right resource for their job to be done, which i am yet to solve. However here is a list of resources that you should have been to if you in the oracle world and building rich internet based applications using JSF/ADF. 1. If you have just started with JDeveloper and wanted to the different nuances of ADF developement and want to deepen your knowledge you should definitely go through these tutorials: http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/11/cuecards111/index.html 2. "A/B testing" is defined as "a method of marketing testing by which a baseline control sample is compared to a variety of single-variable test samples in order to improve response rates". The point here, of course, is to know which small single-variable changes are more optimal, with the goal of finding the local optimum. However, one can also envision a somewhat related but different scenario for testing the response rate of major re-designs: take a baseline control design, take one or more completely different designs, and run test samples on those redesigns to compare response rates. As a practical but contrived example, imagine testing a set of designs for the same website, one being minimalist "googly" design, one being cluttered "Amazony" design, and one being an artsy "designy" design (e.g. maximum use of design elements unlike Google but minimal simultaneously presented information, like Google but unlike Amazon) Is there an official name for such testing? It's definitely not A/B testing, since the main component of it (finding local optimum by testing single-variable small changes that can be attributed to response shift) is not present. This is more about trying to compare a set of local optimums, and compare to see which one works better as a global optimum. It's not a multivriable, A/B/N or any other such testing since you don't really have specific variables that can be attributed, just different designs.

  • Java HttpURLConnection class Program

    - by pandu
I am learning java. Here is the sample code of HttpURLConnection class usage in some text book import java.net.*; import java.io.*; import java.util.*; class HttpURLDemo { public static void main(String args[]) throws Exception { URL hp = new URL("http://www.google.com"); HttpURLConnection hpCon = (HttpURLConnection) hp.openConnection(); // Display request method. System.out.println("Request method is " + hpCon.getRequestMethod()); // Display response code. System.out.println("Response code is " + hpCon.getResponseCode()); // Display response message. System.out.println("Response Message is " + hpCon.getResponseMessage()); // Get a list of the header fields and a set // of the header keys. Map<String, List<String>> hdrMap = hpCon.getHeaderFields(); Set<String> hdrField = hdrMap.keySet(); System.out.println("\nHere is the header:"); // Display all header keys and values. for(String k : hdrField) { System.out.println("Key: " + k + " Value: " + hdrMap.get(k)); } } } Question is Why hpCon Object is declared in the following way? HttpURLConnection hpCon = (HttpURLConnection) hp.openConnection(); instead of declaring like this HttpURLConnection hpCon = new HttpURLConnection(); Author provided the following explanation. I cant understand Java provides a subclass of URLConnection that provides support for HTTP connections. This class is called HttpURLConnection. You obtain an HttpURLConnection in the same way just shown, by calling openConnection( ) on a URL object, but you must cast the result to HttpURLConnection. (Of course, you must make sure that you are actually opening an HTTP connection.) Once you have obtained a reference to an HttpURLConnection object, you can use any of the methods inherited from URLConnection

  • Apache redirecting: reason unknown

    - by Sinan
I have a simple php script. The script is not important. It just prints out $_SERVER. When I request an URL like www.server.com/?ref=bar everything is fine. However if the request contains something like www.server.com/?ref=http://www.test.com (?ref=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.test.com) the server redirects to 403.shtml. No redirect for http://x but redirects http://x.y As far as I can understand somehow the server doesn't like "http://x". It always redirects to 403.shtml when there is a valid query string in the form of a valid url. my .htacess file is the same both on my server and local test server and local test server behaves as expected (no redirects). So I don't it is related to .htaccess. I'm on shared host on Hostgator. Can anyone help? Edit: Here's the .htaccess file Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php?$1 [L,QSA] When there is an http://xx.x it redirects to 403 even if there is physical file. However if I remove the .htaccess redirect to 403 also disappears. But I need the above .htaccess file. Is there a way to get around this?

  • GWT: reporting crawling errors for non existing links

    - by pixeline
Google Webmaster Tools is reporting crawl errors for links that never existed, and if i check the "Linked from" tab for a given error link, it shows another that never existed. They all mention joomla/ which is not the cms used on this domain (it's wordpress fyi). Exampled: http://example.com/joomla/index.php/component/user/register Linked from: http://example.com/joomla/component/user/login?return=L2###### What is going on? UPDATE 1 I tried something: I provided one of the faulty urls to the "Fetch as Google" functionality. Instead of returning a 404, it returns a 301 to another Joomla page. • Learning HTML5 - Best of RSS

    - by Albers
These are some of the best RSS feeds I've found for keeping up with HTML5. I'm doing jQuery & MVC development as well so you will find the links have a jQuery/MS angle to them. WhenCanIUse The oh-so-necessary caniuse.com, in RSS update format: http://feeds.feedburner.com/WhenCanIUse ScriptJunkie http://services.social.microsoft.com/feeds/feed/query/tag/scriptjunkieLearn/eq/ns/DiscoveryFeedTool/eq/andA good HTML, JavaScript, CSS site hosted by MS Rachel Appel's blog http://rachelappel.com/rss?containerid=13HTML5, JavaScript, and MVC links with a general MS angle Smashing Magazine http://rss1.smashingmagazine.com/feed/Really high quality articles with a focus towards the design side of the web development picture IEBlog blogs.msdn.com/b/ie/rss.aspxNo surprise - the focus is on IE10, but it is really a great resource for new browser tech. MisfitGeek http://feeds.feedburner.com/MisfitGeekJoe recently switched from MS to Mozilla. New job but he still puts out great Weekly Links summaries. The Big Web Show http://feeds.feedburner.com/bigwebshowA podcast covering web development & design topics Elijah Manor/Web Dev .NET I'm cheating on this one a little bit. Elijah is a fantastic JS & web development resource. He has a site at Web Dev .NET, but honestly these days you are better off following him on Google+ ...and you can of course sign up to follow the W3C as well, although I don't think there is an HTML5-specific RSS feed. Good luck!

  • Meta tags again. Good or bad to use them as page content?

    - by Guandalino
From a SEO point of view, is it wise to use exactly the same page title value and keyword/description meta tag values not only as meta information, but also as page content? An example illustrates what I mean.
