    Does anyone have any documentation on DotNetOpenAuth and the way it handles while lists and black lists? My config <untrustedWebRequest> <blacklistHosts> <add name="*" /> </blacklistHosts> <whitelistHosts> <add name="www.mysite.ca" /> <add name="mysite.ca" /> <add name="devel.mysite.ca" /> <add name="devel.mysite.com" /> <add name="mysite.com" /> <add name="www.mysite.com" /> </whitelistHosts> </untrustedWebRequest> What I want is to have it cancel the request if it's any site not in the whilelist. I'm currently running version 2.5.49045 but plan to update soon. using <blacklistHostsRegex> <add name=".*" /> </blacklistHostsRegex> blocked ever site even ones in the whitelist.

    I'm trying to build a simple web site using Clojure / Compojure and want to feed apply a servlet filter to the request / response (i.e. a standard javax.servlet.Filter instance). e.g. if the current source code is: (defroutes my-app (GET "/*" (html [:h1 "Hello Foo!!"])) ) I would like to add a filter like this: (defroutes my-app (GET "/*" (FILTER my-filter-name (html [:h1 "Hello Foo!!"]))) ) Where my-filter-name is some arbitrary instance of javax.servlet.Filter. Any idea how to do this effectively and elegantly?

  • RPX API Call auth_info is returning "missing parameter" error

    I cannot get the RPX auth_info API call to work. It keeps returning the error: "Missing parameter: apiKey" I am using the C# RPX Helper Class provided on their Wiki:RPX Helper Class Below is my code in my Page_Load method. The RPX service works by sending a POST to a Url that I specify. My code gets the token from the post data shown below. Then I call the AuthInfo API method. string token = Request.Params["token"]; string apiKey = "xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"; //my API key Rpx rpx = new Rpx(apiKey, "http://rpxnow.com"); XmlElement xmlElement = rpx.AuthInfo(token); Everything looks good. The token is populated. Within their code, the "apiKey" value pair is added to the post data written to the Request stream. Has anyone had luck with this? Any ideas why this is not working? Thanks.

    ie. i have the following: <div class="myclass">my text1</div> some other code+containers... <div class="myclass">my text2</div> some other code+containers... <div class="myclass">my text3</div> some other code+containers... i have the css class div.myclass {doing things} that applies to all obviously but i also wanted to be able to select the first, second or third like this: div.myclass:first {color:#000;} div.myclass:second {color:#FFF;} div.myclass:third {color:#006;} almost like the jQuery index selection .eq( index ) which is what i am using currently but need a noscript alternative.     I have used $("#parent").html() to get the inner html of #parent, but how do I get the html of the parent itself? The use case is, I grab an input node like this: var field = $('input'); I would like to be able to get the raw html of that node (<input type='text'>) with something like field.html(), but that returns empty. Is this possible?

  • Cucumber/Webrat: follow link by CSS class?

    Hello there, is it possible to follow a link by it's class name instead of the id, text or title? Given I have (haha, cucumber insider he?) the following html code: <div id="some_information_container"> <a href="edit" class="edit_button">Translation here</a> </div> I do not want to match by text because I'd have to care about the translation values in my tests I want to have my buttons look all the same style, so I will use the CSS class. I don't want to assign a id to every single link, because some of them are perfectly identified through the container and the link class Is there anything I missed in Cucumber/Webrat? Or do you have some advices to solve this in a better way? Thanks for your help and best regards, Joe edit: I found an interesting discussion going on about this topic right here - seems to remain an open issue for now. Do you have any other solutions for this?

  • Confusion on using django socialauth

    http://github.com/uswaretech/Django-Socialauth/tree/master/socialauth/ I'm a bit confused on how I should use this. Of course, I read the notes at the bottom but I'm a Django novice so I'll need a little hand holding. The structure of this looks like a project structure since it contains a urls.py but I'm also aware that applications can also have that. It also has a manage.py which leads me to believe it's a project ( plus the subdirectories ). So should I just be integrating portions of this into my existing project? This isn't an application, right? The README also mentions grabbing API Keys. So if I want a standard interface where you click on a google/yahoo logo and it forwards itself via Javascript to the authentication page where you login if you already aren't logged in, kicks you back to your own page, would I need API keys? Any other special tips are appreciated.

    i have a partial view with a dropdown in it. the code looks like this: <%=Html.DropDownListFor(x => Model.Exercises, new SelectList(Model.Exercises, "Id", "Name", Model.SelectedExercise), new { @id = "exerciseDropdown", @class = "autoComplete" })%> the issue is that i want to reuse this partial view in multiple places but i want to have a different id assigned to the control (instead of exerciseDropdown always) but on the outside i only have this . . <% Html.RenderPartial("ExerciseList", Model); %> is there anyway to pass in an id into a partial view. should i stick this into my view model as a seperate property "Model.ExerciseDropdown2" for example. is there a better way ?

    The next, prev, nextAll and prevAll methods are very useful, but not if the elements you are trying to find are not in the same parent element. What I want to do is something like this: <div><span id="click">hello</span></div> <div><p class="find">world></p></div> When the span with the id "click" is pressed, I want to match the next element with the class "find", which in this case is not a sibling of the clicked element so next or nextAll won't work.

    I'm trying to extract some certain data from a website using JSoup and Java. So far I've been successful in what I'm trying to achieve. <ul class="beverageFacts"> <li><span>Årgång</span><strong>**2009**&nbsp;</strong></li> I want to extract what is inside the ** in the above HTML. I can do this by using the code that follows in JSoup: doc.select("ul.beverageFacts li:lt(1) strong"); I'm using the lt(1) because there are several more list items following that I want to omit. Now to my problem; there's an optional information tab on the site I'm extracting data from, and it also has a class called "beverageFacts". My code will at the moment extract that data too, which I don't want it to do. The code is further down in the source of the website, and I've tried to use the indexer :lt(1) here aswell, but it wont work. <div id="beverageMoreFacts" style="display: block"> <ul class="beverageFacts"><li class="half"> <span> Färg</span><strong> Ljusgul färg.</strong> My overall result is that I extract "2009 Ljusgul färg." instead of only "2009". How can I write my code so it will only extract the first part, which it succesfully does, and omits the rest? EDIT: I get the same result using: doc.select("ul.beverageFacts li:eq(0) strong"); Thanks, Z

    I have a div that has some padding, border, and style applied to it. Inside the div I have just some plain text. Something like this: <div id=test style="border: 2px solid black; background-color: blue;"> The text I would like to animate </div> Normally to animate the contents I would do something like this: $('#test > *').hide(1000); But apparently the > * only selects child elements, and not non-elements (text for example) So my current work around is: <div id=test style="border: 2px solid black; background-color: blue;"> <span>The text I would like to animate</span> </div> Making a span that is not really needed.

  • ASP.Net MVC DotNetOpenAuth Sample Issue on publish

    I'm trying to use the MSDN Open ID project template for ASP.NET MVC C#. I've been able to configure a local copy to run well. But when I publish it to my hosting provider - it craps out. The error is "500 internal server error". Is there something I should know about publishing this template that I haven't noticed? Here are some more details (for diligence): Hosting provider is GoDaddy/SQL2005/IIS7. When I configure & publish the blank MVC template, it works. The local database publishes successfully, but I haven't been able to troubleshoot the connection in web.config yet. I expect there are connection string problems in the file. I tried disabling all of the references to log4net, as it seemed to be invoked several times on startup. But those changes did not seem to make a difference in either the local or published application performance. My IDE is Visual Studio 2010 Pro Any help would be greatly appreciated!
