  • Adding title in contentplaceholder adds second empty title tag

    My master page has a contentplaceholder in the head tag. Because I want my page's title to represent the function of the current page and because I want the title to be translated in the user's language I have added a title tag in the page's head's contentplaceholder. All jolly and good except that now there appears a second, empty title tag that off course isn't valid. Any ideas how to solve this?

  • Question about mail merge in DesignPro 1.0.1 for mac

    I'm using Avery DesignPro v. 1.0.1 for mac to print out address labels using a mail merge. There are two columns for addresses (Address1 and Address2), but for most of the entries on the list, Address2 is blank. When I do the mail merge, I get several address labels with a blank line between Address1 and the City, State line because there's no Address2 for those entries. Does anyone know of a way to get DesignPro to ignore Address2 completely if there's no value there, or will I have to go through and manually edit each label to delete the extra blank line?

  • Using the HTML 'label' tag with radio buttons

    Does the label tag work with radio buttons? If so, how do you use it? I have a form that displays like this: First Name: (text field) Hair Color: (color drop-down) Description: (text area) Salutation: (radio buttons for Mr., Mrs., Miss) I'd like to use the label tag for each label in the left column to define its connection to the appropriate control in the right column. But If I use a radio button, the spec seems to indicate that suddenly the actual "Salutation" label for the form control no longer belongs in the label tag, but rather the options "Mr., Mrs., etc." go in the label tag. I've always been a fan of accessibility and the semantic web, but this design doesn't make sense to me. The label tag explicitly declares labels. The option tag selection options. How do you declare a label on the actual label for a set of radio buttons?   • merge sort recursion tree height

    Hello! I am learning about recursion tree's and trying to figure out how the height of the tree is log b of n where n = 2 and one has 10 elements as input size. I am working with Merge sort. The number of times the split is done is the height of the tree as far as I understood, and the number of levels in the tree is height + 1. But if you take (for merge sort) log2 of 10 you get 1, where if you draw the tree you get at least 2 times that the recursion occurs. Where have I gone wrong? (I hope I am making sense here) NOTE: I am doing a self study, this is not homework!

    Hello all, I'm using C#/.NET with the C# wrapper for SQLite. I'm attempting to merge two SQLite databases together while excluding duplicates. I found this, which is referenced from a few different forum questions. http://old.nabble.com/Attempting-to-merge-large-databases-td18131366.html Would I run the following queries in my SQLite configuration as listed below? attach 'c:\test\b.db3' as toMerge; insert into AuditRecords select * from toMerge.AuditRecords; My main question is whether the above will remove duplicates, and if it doesn't, is there a merge or some other command I can use?   • Firefox/vista not showing div tag

    Hi, I have a div tag which should be displayed at the bottom of a page given a set of circumstances. On my machine XP/IE, chrome, firefox, opera (all latest versions) the div shows up fine. But on my bosses machine, running vista with Firefox 3.6 for some reason the div tag is not showing up. However, if i go to another machine with vista and firefox the div tag shows up fine. My question is, what could have been set in firefox that would cause this div tag to now be displayed. I am trying to design a tagging system with a model like this: Tag: content = CharField creator = ForeignKey used = IntergerField It is a many-to-many relationship between tags and what's been tagged. Everytime I insert a record into the assotication table, Tag.used is incremented by one, and decremented by one in case of deletion. Tag.used is maintained because I want to speed up answering the question 'How many times this tag is used?'. However, this seems to slow insertion down obviously. Please tell me how to improve this design. Thanks in advance.

The following line of code looks in column E of the Source file, and if any of the entries match the values shown in the code it copies that row of data to paste into the Destination file. Rows(j).Delete I just wondered whether someone may be able to look at this please and let me know where I'm going wrong, or perhaps even suggest a more efficient process of allowing the user to merge the workbooks.     Hi all, I'm currently using Microsoft CRM4 Mail merge function, which stores Word files as XML files inside CRM. My client has a requirement to prompt the user for more information (not found in CRM) upon mail merging. Previously, we used the Word 'FILLIN' commands, but it does not work with CRM mail merge as it only prompts the user before printing, not upon opening a Word file. I attempted using Macros, but can't seem to save macros to Microsoft Word 2003 XML file format. My questions: 1. Is there any way to get 'FILLIN' to prompt the user upon opening the mail merged file? 2. Can I store macros in Word 2003 XML file format? 3. Any other way around it, that involves merging CRM records with a Word file, and prompting the user for more information not already found in CRM? Many thanks for your help, AR

    Hi All, I have a huge project. I need to make a branch - this will be version 2 of the project, but I also need to keep the trunk and change it in parallel with the branch 1 as bug fix to the version 1. I need to merge bug fixes from the trunk to the branch 1 while adding new features to the branch. At the end I need to merge all changes back in the trunk and make new tag from it. So I need bug fix for version 1, new branch for version 2 and of course merging bug fixes in the version 2. I am using svn but the svn makes problems all the time. I cannot merge anything without conflicts. Can someone give me an advice what to do? Regards

    I'm using rails 3.0 and MySql 5.1 I have these three models: Question, Tag and QuestionTag. Tag has a column called name. Question has many Tags through QuestionTags and vice versa. Suppose I have n tag names. How do I find only the questions that have all n tags, identified by tag name. And how do I do it in a single query. (If you can convince me that doing it in more than one query is optimal, I'll be open to that) A pure rails 3 solution would be preferred, but I am not adverse to a pure SQL solution either.

  • Space requirements of a merge-sort

    I'm trying to understand the space requirements for a Mergesort, O(n). I see that time requirements are basically, amount of levels(logn) * merge(n) so that makes (n log n). Now, we are still allocating n per level, in 2 different arrays, left and right. I do understand that the key here is that when the recursive functions return the space gets deallocated, but I'm not seeing it too obvious. Besides, all the info I find, just states space required is O(n) but don't explain it.   • Why TortoiseHg not show the "merge conflict"?

    Short version of the question: Since I already have TortoiseHg, I right clicked on that file trying to see the merge conflict visually, but there is no way to see it? Details: To make a simple case of merge conflict, I hg init a repo on Win 7, and then clone it to another folder. Now, in one working directory, i added the line "the code is 123", committed. And in the other folder, i did an "hg pull" and "hg update" Now, I go back to the first folder, and change "123" to "123abc", and then do an "hg commit" And then I go to the other folder and edit "123" to "123xyz" over there, and do an "hg commit", and when "hg push", it says it can't. So I try to use any visual tool to see how the conflict is like, but ... TortoiseHg doesn't seem to have any option to do that?
