  • Using the promote builds plugin to tag subversion repository in jenkins

    We have a task which builds based on data from 4 different SVN repositories. I want to allow QA promote a build, so that the revisions participating in the build are tagged with the build number and some optional label. I have encountered the following problem - the promoted build may not be the most recent build. How do I know the SVN revision of each of the four repositories used during that build? I know that each build has this information in the revision.txt and build.xml files associated with the build, but how does it become available in the context of promotion? Thanks. P.S.     I'm a CS uni student in a country with limited bandwidth, and I find that I download files (particularly install files) for reuse\reinstallation\giving to my friends.. I've kept these files in different folders, and now find it extremely hard to find them, and keeping track of obselete files (the almost weekly releases of iTunes versions, or latest 7zip release or the .Net framework installers). What I would like to find is a file manager that could support tags, so instead of hierachical folders, i could find\view files according to their tags...

  • not able to style a ul inside a nav tag

    I am trying to make a nav menu for my website and have been using http://www.onextrapixel.com/2011/06/03/how-to-create-a-horizontal-dropdown-menu-with-html-css-and-jquery/ as a guide. It has worked fine but as soon as I try to add ( id="coolMenu" ) to the nav tag it stops working. I took it away from the ul tag and added it to the nav tag and it no longer works. It does not display anything at all. What am in doing wrong?     Dear all, I have implemented below function in a separate .js script file which I load in my main page (Asp.net mvc). The call back to server is rather costly but ok if specifically requested on the sub-page / content page on which my div tag needs to be filled. My problem is that the code runs on every page, including pages where the div tag is not present. How can I remedy my code?     First i have a getProfileImage.aspx which accepts a CusID and TN as query strings and display n image. So getProfileImage.aspx?CusID=10&TN=Y will show the image fine in the browser :) But... Now i am presented with a Form View and i want to bind the src of the image to get the image from the getProfileImage.aspx page... The following code works fine :) 10 is the customer ID and the image is working fine... <asp:Image ID="Image1" runat="server" Height="151px" ImageUrl='~/getProfileImage.aspx?CusID=10&TN=N' /> But now i want to Bind the CusID value... <asp:Image ID="Image1" runat="server" Height="151px" ImageUrl='~/getProfileImage.aspx?CusID=<%# Bind("CusID") %>&TN=N' /> This simply does not work :( The getProfileImage.aspx is called with CusID=<%... where the way i see it the <%# Bind("CusID") % is not parsed by ASP which would have returned 10... <%# Bind("CusID") %> The above tag alone will work... but inserting it to the middle of the tag seems to break it...   • RSS feed generated by SharePoint has a stylesheet tag and how to remove that

    The feed which SharePoint Generates is here (I copied it to pastie because I thought it would be clear there) However, the xml file comes with a style sheet tag. How do I remove that? Does SharePoint always generate that? Due to the presence of that tag, I am unable to apply another style sheet of my own using the XML WebPart. EDIT: I don't think the issue is related to the style sheet. If I copy the xml and paste it in the "Xml Editor" of the Web Part everything works just fine. If I provide the URL, that is when I do not see any data.     Hi all, In my application I'm doing dynamic resizing of cells and label in it depending upon the text in it. I'm adding button to cells in uitableview. But now I want to recognize these buttons separately as I'm adding some functionality on button_click. I'm giving the buttons that are added to the cells incremental tags[1,2,3...9 and so on].   • firefox render order problem with div tag

    I have a div tag which I populate dynamically. The problem is that in Firefox when i do a test for size(height) I seem to need to run it twice in order to get the correct size. This is the code: alert("h = " + h + " height:" + document.getElementById("thumbDiv").clientHeight); Ignore 'h' for the time being, what I am curious to know is what is the correct way to get the div tags height in firefox. In ie I use offsetHeight which works for my purposes perfectly. The other thing is the render order in firefox. I populate the div and then query the height with .clientHeight and I get 102, which is I am assuming the empty height of the tag as I have set no height via style, if I press the button again I then get the height of the div with the enlcosed html page which I am pushing into the div. Its odd, and slightly annoying. I am trying to determine if there is enough room in the browser to display the div contents in their entireity, if not then I am disabling certain features otherwise I get into an infinite scroll problem...     I am having some difficulties implementing Paypal buttons with backbone.js The problem is that the button is implemented in a script tag: <script src="paypal-button.min.js?merchant=YOUR_MERCHANT_ID" data-button="buynow" data-name="My product" data-amount="1.00"></script> which i cant run from Handlebars.js because the </script> tag is closing the handlebars <script> I cant use eval(), or i don't understand how i am supposed to do that with the . So there you have it. i am kind of stuck. I am out of ideas on how to implement this button with backbone.js the last resort is to ask the server to produce html pages with the script in them and then load them to the page. i am just refusing to believe that JavaScript has no way to take care of this. Please help. This question relates to another question i asked in this subject. Is it possible to use JavaScript inside handlebars.js template Thank you.

All I get is ImportError: No module named test_tag when I try to start the server via python manage.py runserver. Let me explain - getSelectionHTML() method is for selection of characters from 0 to 10. I am getting the values by "myDiv" id. but inner bold, italic & other tags are putting me in trouble. In simple words, I just want to make selection of first ten characters (& apply them span tag) which are in "myDiv" tag. What exactly I am missing ? Can anyone help me ?   • Designing a different kind of tag cloud.

    Rather than having a bunch of links that are all different sizes, I want all of my tags to be the same size. However, my goal is to minimize the amount of space required to make the cloud, aka minimizing the number of lines used. Take this example: Looks like any normal tag cloud. However, look at all that extra space around the 'roughdiamond' tag, which could be filled in by other tags like 'stone' down near the bottom, which could effectively eliminate an entire extra line from the cloud. How would I go about getting the words to fill in whatever space possible above them before starting a new line? I'm not talking about reorganizing them to find the absolute minimum number of lines required. If I was going through the list in the image, 'pendant', 'howlite', and 'igrice' would go to line 1 filling it up, 'roughdiamond' would go to line 2 because line 1 is full, 'tourmaline' would go to line 3 because it can't fit on lines 1 or 2, same with 'emberald', but 'pearl' would go to line 2 because it can fit there since there is extra space. I figure there would probably be some way of doing this in CSS that would simply cause the links to collapse into any fillable space it can fit in to.

  • Input html tag not parsing properly in php

    I have a database with names that I would like displayed in the form of a table with checkboxes. Everything works until I try to place the html tag into my php code.
