  • CruiseControl.Net Build Publisher - Only publish compiled files

    - by FlySwat
While setting up CruiseControl, I added a buildpublisher block to the publisher tasks: <buildpublisher> <sourceDir>C:\MyBuild\</sourceDir> <publishDir>C:\MyBuildPublished\</publishDir> <alwaysPublish>false</alwaysPublish> </buildpublisher> This works, but it copies the entire file contents of the build, I only want to copy the DLL's and .aspx pages, I don't need the source code to get published. Does anyone know of a way to filter this, or do I need to setup a task to run a RoboCopy script instead?

  • Understanding MQ Series bindings files

    - by Marcus
Our Java app writes to MQ Series queues via a Weblogic JMS Message Bridge. The actual MQ Series connection/queue details are stored in the MQ Series .bindings file on the app server. I've never really got my head around the bindings file and what all the entries mean. Can anyone provide guidance to understand this file?

  • Saving files in cocoa

    - by happyCoding25
Hello, Im sure this is a really easy to answer question but I'm still new to cocoa. I need to save my applications data. The app has 4 text fields and each field needs to be saved into one file. Then when you open the file it needs to know what goes in what field. Im really stuck with this. Also, I do know how to use the save panel. Thanks in advance.

  • Monitor files similar to System Internal's/Microsoft's FileMon/Process Monitor

    - by Tom1952
I need to generate an event when a file is closed by another app. Unfortunately, ReadDirectoryChangesW doesn't report the close event. It would be possible for me to poll (with a TTimer) any file that reported by ReadDirectoryChangesW as modified, waiting for it to be closed (using CreateFile to detect this). However, what I'd prefer is a completely event driven solution. Is there a way to hook system calls and detect all file closing events? I simply want to know the path & name of any file that has just been closed.

  • Silverlight: Download local files with WebClient

    - by David
The directory structure of my Silverlight project is like the following: \Bin - MainModule.xap - \Images --- Image1.png --- Image2.png - \Modules --- SubModule.xap I want to be able to run it through either a web server or through Visual Studio directly (for debugging purposes I want to bypass content downloading). In my media loading code I do something like the following: if (runningLocally) { var bitmapImage = new BitmapImage(); bitmapImage.UriSource = new Uri("Images/Image1.png", UriKind.Relative); var image = new Image(); image.Source = bitmapImage; } else { WebClient wc = new WebClient(); wc.OpenReadCompleted += (s, e) => { var bitmapImage = new BitmapImage(); bitmapImage.SetSource(e.Result); var image = new Image(); image.Source = bitmapImage; }; wc.OpenReadAsync(new Uri("Images/Image1.png", UriKind.Relative)); } This works for images but I also have sub-modules which are just assemblies housing UserControls. Since Silverlight has no ability to read disk I've resigned myself to the fact that I'm going to have to "download" the XAPs I need whether I'm running locally or not. Problem is if I run the project locally and try to use a WebClient to download a XAP I get an exception: System.Net.WebException: An exception occurred during a WebClient request. ---> System.NotSupportedException: The URI prefix is not recognized. Is there any way (WebClient or otherwise) I can get to my sub-module XAPs when running the Silverlight project directly rather than hitting a web server?

  • activemq-maven-plugin ignore files in classpath?

    - by Oscar Chan
I have been trying to get activemq-maven-plugin to run activemq with configuration in classpath of the bundle. However, I don't have much luck. It seems that the activemq-maven-plugin just ignore resources (resources/main/conf/activemq.properties) the local bundle. I checked the jar and target/classes and they are built into the right local. I am able to get plugin to run (mvn activemq:run) if I take out the PropertyPlaceholderConfigurer bean in the activemq.xml Did I do anything wrong? • memory warning, generating UIImagefrom pdf files in objective-c

    - by favo
    When converting PDF Pages into UIImages I receive memory warnings all the time. It seems there is either some leak or something else that eats my memory. Using instruments didn't give me any helpful details. I'm using the following function to generate images from a pdf file: - (UIImage*)pdfImage:(NSString*)pdfFilename page:(int)page { CFURLRef pdfURL = CFURLCreateWithFileSystemPath(kCFAllocatorDefault, (CFStringRef)pdfFilename, kCFURLPOSIXPathStyle, false); CGPDFDocumentRef pdfRef = CGPDFDocumentCreateWithURL((CFURLRef)pdfURL); CFRelease(pdfURL); CGPDFPageRef pdfPage = CGPDFDocumentGetPage(pdfRef, page); CGRect pdfPageSize = CGPDFPageGetBoxRect(pdfPage, kCGPDFBleedBox); float pdfScale; if ( pdfPageSize.size.width < pdfPageSize.size.height ) { pdfScale = PDF_MIN_SIZE / pdfPageSize.size.width; } else { pdfScale = PDF_MIN_SIZE / pdfPageSize.size.height; } CGColorSpaceRef colorSpace = CGColorSpaceCreateDeviceRGB(); CGContextRef context = CGBitmapContextCreate(NULL, pdfPageSize.size.width*pdfScale, pdfPageSize.size.height*pdfScale, 8, (int)pdfPageSize.size.width*pdfScale * 4, colorSpace, kCGImageAlphaPremultipliedLast | kCGBitmapByteOrder32Big); CGColorSpaceRelease(colorSpace); // CGContextClipToRect(context, pdfPageView.frame); // CGPDFPageRetain(pdfPage); CGAffineTransform transform = aspectFit(CGPDFPageGetBoxRect(pdfPage, kCGPDFBleedBox), CGContextGetClipBoundingBox(context)); CGContextConcatCTM(context, transform); CGContextDrawPDFPage(context, pdfPage); // CGPDFPageRelease (pdfPage); CGImageRef image = CGBitmapContextCreateImage(context); CGContextRelease(context); UIImage *finalImage = [UIImage imageWithCGImage:image]; CGImageRelease(image); CGPDFDocumentRelease(pdfRef); return finalImage; } I am releasing the document and everything else, so where could be the problem? Thanks for your help!

Each note is a .caf file and its length is 5 seconds. I do not know if there is any way to save the song user played and export to mp3/caf format? The AVAudioRecord seems only record from the microphone input. Many thanks

  • (C# ) Reloading flash files inside a windows form

    - by user257412
Using visual C# express 2008. I have a app which shows load a flash movie in form, using this code axShockwaveFlash1 = new AxShockwaveFlashObjects.AxShockwaveFlash() axShockwaveFlash1.LoadMovie(0, Form1.currentGame); The problem is that when the Loadmovie method is called to load another flash file, without closing the form , the new flash is 'messed' up. to be more specific , it seems that the background and some controls of the previous flash still remain, 'spoiling' the new flash that is loaded. why? Using the following methods before loading the second flash video makes no difference axShockwaveFlash1.Refresh(); axShockwaveFlash1.Stop(); Solution ?

  • strange multiple files download - NSURLConnection

hi all, I encounter a problem by following your comment. I would like to download different file at same time with different delegate: .h: NSMutableData *fileData; .m: NSString *imgfile = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"http://xxxx/01.jpg"]; NSURL *fileURL1 = [NSURL URLWithString:imgfile]; NSString *audiofile = [NSString stringWithFormat:@"http://xxxx/01.mp3"]; NSURL *fileURL2 = [NSURL URLWithString:audiofile]; NSURLRequest *request1 = [NSURLRequest requestWithURL:fileURL1 cachePolicy:NSURLRequestUseProtocolCachePolicy timeoutInterval:10.0 ]; NSURLRequest *request2 = [NSURLRequest requestWithURL:fileURL2 cachePolicy:NSURLRequestUseProtocolCachePolicy timeoutInterval:10.0 ]; NSArray *connections = [[NSArray alloc] initWithObjects: [[NSURLConnection alloc] initWithRequest:request1 delegate:self ], [[NSURLConnection alloc] initWithRequest:request2 delegate:self ], nil]; - (void)connection:(NSURLConnection *)connection didReceiveResponse:(NSURLResponse *)response { fileData = [[NSMutableData alloc] init]; } - (void)connection:(NSURLConnection *)connection didReceiveData:(NSData *)data { [fileData appendData:data]; } - (void)connection:(NSURLConnection *)connection didFailWithError:(NSError *)error { NSLog(@"Unable to fetch data"); } ok, the download process works, but, the file size of jpg and mp3 are incorrect, the only correct thing is the total file size (jpg+mp3), please could you have a look on the code, what is missing? Another question is, I put the file in a NSMutableArray, my question is, how to check which index of array is the correct file type (jpg and mp3)? because I need to save them to the device folder.

  • Logback to log different messages to two files

    - by Aly
I am using logback/slf4j to do my logging. I want to parse my log file to analyze some data, so instead of parsing a great big file (mostly consisting of debug statements) I want to have two logger instances which each log to a separate file; one for analytics and one for all purpose logging. Does anyone know if this is possible with Logback, or any other logger for that matter?

  • protobuf-net - backticks, Dictionaries & .proto files

    - by JosephH
I'm trying to talk to a C# program that uses protobuf-net from an iphone using http://code.google.com/p/metasyntactic/wiki/ProtocolBuffers Unfortunately the .proto file I've been given (generated from the C# source code) includes an a line that protoc is rejecting: repeated Pair_Guid_List`1 Local = 6; It appears that this is because the source data is a C# Dictionary, with a Guid key and a class as the value. Is there a way to cope with this better? The protobuf-net version in use is r278.zip. (The C# sending and receiving these protobufs all works fine, it's just when we add the iphone into the mix that this becomes an issue.)

I got the public key from the certificate, keypair is a java.security.KeyPair object String public_key = keypair.getPublic().toString(); I want to send this to the via an http connection to a J2me application. I cannot find any documentation to convert the transmitted string to a Public key that can be used to encrypt Strings. I also want the J2me to verify signed strings from the server. I want to then send the encrypted strings back to the server.

  • Deployment of SQL compact Edition (SDF files) using Setup project

    - by Emad
Hi, I have a C#.NET desktop application using SQL Compact edition as data store. The application should be used by any user on the machine and all should be seeing the same data ( data should not different per user). I am wondering where should I deploy the SDF file? User's Personal data folder (My Documents) means each user will have a separate database. Deploying on the same folder as the application causes vista to copy the file to \USers\Appdata\local\VirtualStore\ and it seems to make different copies for each user. Where is it best to deploy the SDF file to ensure all users are looking at the same data?

  • VS2010 add-in custom menu item in files of Solution Explorer

    - by NewProgrammer
Hey guys, I need to create a custom menu item for Visual Studio 2010 Add-in in C#, but I have had no luck in coming with a solution anytime soon. I am aware that there was a similar post: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2486818/visual-studio-add-in-adding-a-context-menu-item-to-solution-explorer But it did not help, as the blog follows the process through the integration package, and the video is done through VB. I had attempted to convert the VB syntax to the C# syntax, but about half way through the video, the Add-in methods has significantly changed from 2005 to 2010, as some of the methods have removed or changed. Is there any good tutorials on making a custom menu item on the Solution Explorer in the lastest Visual Studio in C#, and is there a good website that could be used as a reference for looking over the VS add-in API? I've used Microsoft's main website, however it is confusing and wordy, which is difficult to understand and find the methods, properties, or commands that I am looking for. Any help would be appreicated, Thanks in advance.

  • Awk to grab colo(u)r codes from CSS files aka School me in Awk

    - by Andrew Bolster
Nice and (hopefully) easy. I am trying to work out how to grab the variable #XXX from a text file (css file) containing strings like hr { margin: 18px 0 17px; border-color: #ccc; } h1 a:hover, h2 a:hover, h3 a:hover { color: #001100; } Which I would like to return as ccc 777 The plan then is to throw this through sort and uniq and the end up with a defining colourscheme for the page. Basically, I can't work out how to go from matching /color:#...[...]/ to just printing out the wildcarded sections.
