• Flex list control itemrenderer issue

  Hi Guys I am working on a small photo Gallery. I create a xml file and try to link it to my List control with itemrenderer. However, when I tried to save the file, I got access of undefined property data. • Change ListView background - strage behaviour

  Hi again, I have a problem with changing the background of a view in a ListView. What I need: Change the background image of a row onClick() What actually happens: The background gets changed (selected) after pressing e.g. the first entry. But after scrolling down the 8th entry is selected too. Scroll back to the top the first isn't selected anymore. The second entry is selected now. Continue scrolling and it continues jumping... What i'm dong in the Code: I have channels, and onClick() I toggle an attribute of channel boolean selected and then I change the background. I'm doing this only onClick() thats why I don't get why it's actuelly happening on other entries too. One thing I notices is: It seems to be only the "drawing"-part because the item which get selected "by it self" has still the selected value on false I think it seems to have something to do with the reuse of the views in the custom ListAdapters getView(...) • Android fill ImageView from URL

• Rotating images makes ui slow

  i'm trying to implement kind of speedometer. i'm getting informations about rounds per minute, boost and load of an engine over bluetooth and i try to display them on the screen witch 3 arrows witch should point in the right direktion. i tried to use a rotate animation evry time i get data(10-100ms) to setup the arrows. but that makes my ui extremly slow. 500ms to react on a buttonclick.   Hi Guys, I'm having few doubts on implementing file downloads. I'm creating an app where I use attachment_fu with Amazon s3 to upload files. Things are working pretty well so far on uploading side. Now its the time to start the file downloads. Here is what I need, a logged in user search and browse for Images and they should able to add the files in to a download basket (Let's say its a Download Shopping Cart). Finally the user should be able to download these file(s) from S3 probably as a zipped file. Is there any plugin/gem where I can use for this?

  I am using the cycle plugin within Joomla and it works fine on IE6,FF,SAFARI,CHROME however when you view it in OPERA breaking happens. From what I could tell, by using: $("a:first-child") Won't select the first tag because it doesn't have any children (just text). The second tag should not get selected so something like: $("a:first-child").not("img) but that leaves out the first item. EDIT: If there is an IMG anywhere in the A element, don't select it.

• jquery stop image rotation on mouseover, start on mouseout / hover

  I have built a jQuery rotator to rotate through 3 divs and loop them. I would like to add the functionality on mouse over to "freeze" the current div and then start again on mouse out. I've thought about setting a variable to false at the start of the function and setting it true when it's on it's current frame but I've got my self a bit confused.   Has anybody experienced Timeout error with TwitPic API using ASIFormDataRequest when uploading multiple images? Status updates without images are fine. I was trying to upload the exact same 2 images. The first request went through fine, but the second one was timeout. It also happens when multiple images are uploaded, some went through, but some didn't. It's happening randomly and I have no idea how to debug it anymore.

  Hi all, I'm trying to find a way to make a screen-reader (like JAWS) to read out loud some text that is assigned to images in ImageList. In other controls (like PushButton) there is "AccessibleName" property, that when contains text, it's being read by JAWS. the ImageList consists of four icons that represent priorities, and no text is displayed near them.
