  • iPhone app runs on iPad simulator, but the background is inverted!!

    Hi all, i've installed new sdk 3.2 pre-release wich have iPad simulator, i have tried to launch an iPhone app created by me in iPad simulator; the main view of this app has an image as background; when launch it on iPad simulator this background(self.background = [[UImage..... ) it comes inverted, from top to bottom. Any idea?? thanks in advance....:)

  • commons-logging-1.1.jar; cannot read zip file entry

    I have imported a GWT project from GIT , but when i run maven Install it says .m2\repository\commons-logging\commons-logging\1.1\commons-logging-1.1.jar; cannot read zip file entry and if i simply run my application , i get this \git\my-Search-Engine\qsse\war}: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/inject/servlet/GuiceServletContextListener I tried to find out the way , one solution i found was to move the guice-servlet-3.0 from build path to \qsse\war\webinf\lib but if i do that i start gettin the exception ava.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/google/inject/Injector any idea how can i resolve this

    Hi, I have two checkbox on prompt box i.e If user click yes I have to show dtpicker and user click no hidden the dtpicker. I tried following $('#yes').click(function(){$('#dtpickerdiv').css("display","block");}); but the hidden div doesn't appear on prompt box?     $ git branch -a * SocialAct master remotes/origin/HEAD -> origin/master remotes/origin/SocialAct remotes/origin/social I want to delete the remote branch "remotes/origin/social", and applied folloing command: $ git branch -d -r origin/social Deleted remote branch origin/social (was 26f6f61). But I have no idea how to bring these changes remotely so that the branches are deleted from origin and everyone can see the changes. I tried git push but that does not work Any help.

    These questions are a kind of game, and I did not find the solution for them. It is possible to write ::: in C++ without using quotes or anything like this and the compiler will accept it (macros are prohibited too). And the same is true for C# too, but in C#, you have to write ???. I think C++ will use the :: scope operator and C# will use ? : , but I do not know the answers to them. Any idea?

Conversion failed when converting datetime from character string. I made this, but don`t like it.. I tried to use Acrobat SDK but couldn't find proper documentation from where to start. looked into their IAC sample but couldn't understand how to call the menu item and make it execute the save as option.   • Iphone simulator hangs while installing apps

    I am using snow leopard, xcode 3.22, i first had this issue when i was using os 4 beta, i have removed the xcode software from my system and reinstalled. I can't get any app to load in the simulator, the app starts to install in the simulator then nothing, I can install the app to my device, but i can run anything in the simulator it just hangs, i am not sure what to do any idea?

  • Pull news from an RDF Feed using Ruby and Nokogiri?

    I would like to pull the titleand description fields from the newsfeed at http://www.tagesschau.de/newsticker.rdf to feed them to the Mac's Text-to-Speech engine. My search for a nice Ruby Gem to do this has brought me to Nokogiri, but all examples that "pull something out" of a given XML seem to be centered around CSS somehow. Does anyone have any idea how to save the titleand description fields in an array?
