    Hey, i'm trying to get a project to work, but i am having trouble with the rewrite module. I'm running Wamp over Windows XP. I changed httpd.conf to change the root of localhost to: DocumentRoot "C:/wamp/www/project/docroot/" I have htaccess RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / my Apache has the rewrite module Activated. my base_url() in config.php is 'http://localhost/' in routes.php i have: $route['default_controller'] = "home"; $route['our-recipes'] = "recipes"; and more pairs when i point the browser to http://localhost/ i get the homepage of my site, but when i click on any internal link like to 'our-recipes' it loads but i get the same homepage, with the new url on the location bar. if i try to access 'http://localhost/recipes' i get the same result. this is my folder structure: Can anyone please solve this for me??

    I'm trying to write a reusable component in Groovy to easily shoot off emails from some of our Java applications. I would like to pass it a List, where Email is just a POJO(POGO?) with some email info. I'd like it to be multithreaded, at least running all the email logic in a second thread, or make one thread per email. I am really foggy on multithreading in Java so that probably doesn't help!   • xmlpullparser(), whats wrong with my code?

    I am expecting output to be an array list filled with all items as "thought" but instead, every time i add a value into arraylist, the previous value in list also gets update with new, hence resulting in duplicates. This behaviour goes on till end. Even though i have achieved the result by changing the approach, failure of my previous approach still bothers me. Any help or pointer will be really appreciated.   • Django nose to run only project tests

    I added nose, django-nose, nose-exclude, coverage to my buildout.cfg and ran buildout. Furthermore I added the TEST_RUNNER and the NOSE_ARGS to my settings.py. In the last step I created a exclude_dirs.txt and included it into the NOSE_ARGS. That worked so far. Finally I ran bin/django testto run the tests of my project. I found out that every app inside INSTALLED_APP is run and that even parts of the django core models are run. How can I limit this to my project only without exernal packages?

  • 302 Redirect to Images in IE8 do not render image

    I am helping migrate a legacy application. One of the requirements is we are able to handle requests for old images. What we have is: New site on new.com Old site on old.com Images to links (imported content) point to /imgs/cat.png however the actual image is hosted on old.com/assets/images/cat.png (for now). <img src="/imgs/cat.png"/> I setup a redirect for all png, jpg, jpeg, gif that 302's requests for new.com/imgs/(.*).(png|jpg|jpeg|gif) to http://old.com/assets/images/$1.$2 Everything works find in Chrome, Firefox and IE9 - however it was noted in IE8 the image does not render. Its possible that it has the same issue in IE7, 6 and 5.5 however I have not been able to test this. Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix? I tried setting the contentType header on the response of the 302's to image/(png|jpg|jpeg|gif) and this did not have any impact. Any insight would be appreciated.

  • Reflection in unit tests for checking code coverage

    Here's the scenario. I have VO (Value Objects) or DTO objects that are just containers for data. When I take those and split them apart for saving into a DB that (for lots of reasons) doesn't map to the VO's elegantly, I want to test to see if each field is successfully being created in the database and successfully read back in to rebuild the VO. Is there a way I can test that my tests cover every field in the VO? I had an idea about using reflection to iterate through the fields of the VO's as part of the solution, but maybe you guys have solved the problem before? I want this test to fail when I add fields in the VO, and don't remember to add checks for it in my tests.

  • Autoformat pom.xml without using m2eclipse plugin

    I don't use the Eclipse maven plugin while developing in Eclipse. I generate my Eclipse classpath externally using the following command: mvn eclipse:eclipse This has worked fine for quite some time and I am not inclined to add a maven plugin. However, I would like to be able to "autoformat" my pom.xml file. My pom.xml is not showing up as a "Source" file and therefore the contextual "Source" menu doesn't show up. Control-Shift-F doesn't work either. Is there a way to do this without installing the m2eclipse plugin? Is there any other generic "XML Editor" plugin that can help with this?

    Hi all, I initially thought a regex to remove YUI3 classNames (or whole class attributes) and id attributes from a serialized DOM string was a sound enough approach - but now I'm not sure, given various warnings about using regex on HTML. I'm toying with the idea of making a copy of the DOM structure in question, performing: var nodeStructure = Y.one('#wrap').all('*'); // A YUI3 NodeList // Remove unwanted classNames.. I'd need to maintain a list of them to remove :/ nodeStructure.removeClass('unwantedClassName'); and then: // I believe this can be done on a NodeList collection... nodeStructure.removeAttribute('id'); I'm not quite sure about what I'd need to do to 'copy' a collection of Nodes anyway, as I don't actually want to do the above to my living markup, as its only being saved - not 'closed' or 'exited', a user could continue to change the markup, and then save again. The above doesn't make a copy, I know. Is this efficient? Is there a better way to 'sanitize' my live markup of framework additions to the DOM (and maybe other things too at a later point), before saving it as a string?
