  • Message Date/Time tag in Lotus Notes

    I've noticed that within Notes (8.5.2, basic client, fat client and iNotes) the date/time displayed on the eMail envelope AND the date/time on the message header is the same and appearently that time that Domino received the message. When using BES, the message forwarded to the BlackBerry by Domino/BES has the RECEIVED date/time on the envelope and the SENT date/time displayed in the message. In the basic/fat client with properties the sent time is viewable in one of the "Received" tags. Having the sent time easily viewable is helpful, especially if your trying to trouble-shoot a problem. Is this a configuration feature? Is it selectable in the client or in Domino? Thx

  • Program to dump ID3 tag structure

    Is there a program that would dump the complete structure of ID3v2 tags? Not just the frame names and values, but full information such as frame order, text encoding, description encoding (for TXXX frames), presence of unsynchronization, presence of multiple tags... Background: I'm rather curious why some files are incompatible with some programs. For example, some ID3v2.4 tags written by foobar2000 are not read by Winamp; editing with Mutagen fixes them but editing with foobar2000 breaks again. It's not the version or data encoding – most other v2.4 UTF-16 tags work fine... However, if I use foobar2000 to convert the tags to v2.3, then back to v2.4, they start working fine in Winamp – this last bit just does not make any sense. Edit: Linux or/and Windows.

    We have a task which builds based on data from 4 different SVN repositories. I want to allow QA promote a build, so that the revisions participating in the build are tagged with the build number and some optional label. I have encountered the following problem - the promoted build may not be the most recent build. How do I know the SVN revision of each of the four repositories used during that build? I know that each build has this information in the revision.txt and build.xml files associated with the build, but how does it become available in the context of promotion? Thanks. P.S.     I'm a CS uni student in a country with limited bandwidth, and I find that I download files (particularly install files) for reuse\reinstallation\giving to my friends.. I've kept these files in different folders, and now find it extremely hard to find them, and keeping track of obselete files (the almost weekly releases of iTunes versions, or latest 7zip release or the .Net framework installers). What I would like to find is a file manager that could support tags, so instead of hierachical folders, i could find\view files according to their tags...

  • not able to style a ul inside a nav tag

    I am trying to make a nav menu for my website and have been using http://www.onextrapixel.com/2011/06/03/how-to-create-a-horizontal-dropdown-menu-with-html-css-and-jquery/ as a guide. It has worked fine but as soon as I try to add ( id="coolMenu" ) to the nav tag it stops working. I took it away from the ul tag and added it to the nav tag and it no longer works. It does not display anything at all. What am in doing wrong? In other words, only allow tags that have been preset in the admin tags section.(these tags are of course visible in the tag cloud in posts screen) The concept is to prevent authors introducing random tags in their posts, leading to duplication and confusion.

    Dear all, I have implemented below function in a separate .js script file which I load in my main page (Asp.net mvc). The call back to server is rather costly but ok if specifically requested on the sub-page / content page on which my div tag needs to be filled. My problem is that the code runs on every page, including pages where the div tag is not present. How can I remedy my code?   • How do i bind an image to a <asp:Image /> tag in Form View

    First i have a getProfileImage.aspx which accepts a CusID and TN as query strings and display n image. So getProfileImage.aspx?CusID=10&TN=Y will show the image fine in the browser :) But... Now i am presented with a Form View and i want to bind the src of the image to get the image from the getProfileImage.aspx page... The following code works fine :) 10 is the customer ID and the image is working fine... <asp:Image ID="Image1" runat="server" Height="151px" ImageUrl='~/getProfileImage.aspx?CusID=10&TN=N' /> But now i want to Bind the CusID value... <asp:Image ID="Image1" runat="server" Height="151px" ImageUrl='~/getProfileImage.aspx?CusID=<%# Bind("CusID") %>&TN=N' /> This simply does not work :( The getProfileImage.aspx is called with CusID=<%... where the way i see it the <%# Bind("CusID") % is not parsed by ASP which would have returned 10... <%# Bind("CusID") %> The above tag alone will work... but inserting it to the middle of the tag seems to break it...   • RSS feed generated by SharePoint has a stylesheet tag and how to remove that

    The feed which SharePoint Generates is here (I copied it to pastie because I thought it would be clear there) However, the xml file comes with a style sheet tag. How do I remove that? Does SharePoint always generate that? Due to the presence of that tag, I am unable to apply another style sheet of my own using the XML WebPart. EDIT: I don't think the issue is related to the style sheet. If I copy the xml and paste it in the "Xml Editor" of the Web Part everything works just fine. If I provide the URL, that is when I do not see any data.     Hi all, In my application I'm doing dynamic resizing of cells and label in it depending upon the text in it. I'm adding button to cells in uitableview. But now I want to recognize these buttons separately as I'm adding some functionality on button_click. I'm giving the buttons that are added to the cells incremental tags[1,2,3...9 and so on]. Each accordion panel has an UL (an OL works the same) with this markup: <ol> <li><a href="">Lorep ipsum dolor lorem ipsum dolor lorem ipsum dolor</a>?</li> <li><a href="">Lorep ipsum dolor lorem ipsum dolor lorem ipsum dolor</a>?</li> </ol> In IE6, you'll see that the <a> tag appears to be getting rendered as a block element, so the question mark ends up being pushed outside and not at the end of the line of text. In addition, the bullet and/or list item number is now bottom-aligned with the text rather than top-aligned. I've narrowed it down to the javascript that executes to make the accordion. It's not an issue with jQuery's CSS as disabling that, alone, doesn't resolve the issue. Anyone know what might be going on in IE6 to cause this rendering issue? UPDATE: Apparently, this is also an IE7 issue. UPDATE 2: After some more playing, I've narrowed things down a bit more: the bug has nothing to do with lists. The issue is any anchor tag within a jQuery Accordion will appear as display: block (even though it appears that the CSS still indicates display: inline) the bug has nothing to do with the actual CSS that jQuery UI uses to create the accordion. I created a test page that uses the fully rendered jQuery Accordion post-processed source code and the accompanying CSS. In that situation, the anchor tags remain inline. In conclusion: It appears that the process of rendering the accordion via javascript is messing up the display of the anchor tags. It may be a show/hide issue?

  • firefox render order problem with div tag

    I have a div tag which I populate dynamically. The problem is that in Firefox when i do a test for size(height) I seem to need to run it twice in order to get the correct size. This is the code: alert("h = " + h + " height:" + document.getElementById("thumbDiv").clientHeight); Ignore 'h' for the time being, what I am curious to know is what is the correct way to get the div tags height in firefox. In ie I use offsetHeight which works for my purposes perfectly. The other thing is the render order in firefox. I populate the div and then query the height with .clientHeight and I get 102, which is I am assuming the empty height of the tag as I have set no height via style, if I press the button again I then get the height of the div with the enlcosed html page which I am pushing into the div. Its odd, and slightly annoying. I am trying to determine if there is enough room in the browser to display the div contents in their entireity, if not then I am disabling certain features otherwise I get into an infinite scroll problem...     I am having some difficulties implementing Paypal buttons with backbone.js The problem is that the button is implemented in a script tag: <script src="paypal-button.min.js?merchant=YOUR_MERCHANT_ID" data-button="buynow" data-name="My product" data-amount="1.00"></script> which i cant run from Handlebars.js because the </script> tag is closing the handlebars <script> I cant use eval(), or i don't understand how i am supposed to do that with the . So there you have it. i am kind of stuck. I am out of ideas on how to implement this button with backbone.js the last resort is to ask the server to produce html pages with the script in them and then load them to the page. i am just refusing to believe that JavaScript has no way to take care of this. Please help. This question relates to another question i asked in this subject. Is it possible to use JavaScript inside handlebars.js template Thank you.

  • Django: Create custom template tag -> ImportError

    I'm sorry to ask this again, but I tried several solutions from stack overflow and some tutorials and I couldn't create a custom template tag yet. All I get is ImportError: No module named test_tag when I try to start the server via python manage.py runserver. I created a very basic template tag (found here: django templatetag?) like so: My folder structure: demo manage.py test __init__.py settings.py urls.py ... templatetags __init__.py test_tag.py test_tag.py: from django import template register = template.Library() @register.simple_tag def test_tag(input): if "foo" == input: return "foo" if "bar" == input: return "bar" if "baz" == input: return "baz" return "" index.html: {% load test_tag %} <html> <head> ... </head> <body> {% cms_toolbar %} {% foobarbaz "bar" %} {% foobarbaz "elephant" %} {% foobarbaz "foo" %} </body> </html> and my settings.py: INSTALLED_APPS = ( ... 'test_tag', ... ) Please let me know if you need further information from my settings.py and what I did wrong so I can't even start my server. (If I delete 'test_tag' from installed apps I can start the server but I get the error that test_tag is not known, of course). Thanks
