  I am using Ubuntu 9.10 and I am a bit of a robotics enthusiast. I have used KiKS (in MATLAB for simulating Khepera robots), MobotSim (in Windows, simulates a point like robot using a BASIC editor) and Player Stage/Gazebo (with C/C++ on Ubuntu Linux). My question, can MS Robotics Studio be installed in Ubuntu Linux using Wine (I am using 1.1.31) ? Has anyone done it ? Thanks for your reply !

Here are some of my requirements: Win 7 ultimate MS Office VS 2008 and VS 2010 when it's out CodeRush good size keyboard without having to do a Fn+Key for Insert, Home, End and Del keys Preferably Core 2 Duo Decent battery life P.S.   I am building a custom module that will allow my users to do a simple query against an MS SQL database. I've built the form using hook_form() and have gotten validation to work. I'm planning on retrieving the data from hook_form_submit(), but once I've done that, how do I append it below the form? It does not appear that I have access to $output from hook_form_submit(). • Good Package for Fitting Polynomial Trend Lines

  Given a simple data set, I would like to be able to calculate a trending formula given it's a second order polynomial regression. In fact, it would be great if one could even forecast X periods during calculation (similar to what Excel does). I'm looking for a portable C/C++ package that's relatively easy to use, and allows it to spit out the "best-fit" (highest R^2 value) curve. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The email is received with the attached CSV file no problem, EXCEPT for users with Lotus Notes. With LN users the contents of the csv file are embedded in the body of the email.   I need to store a password has in a SQL server 2000 database. The information isn't critical but I really don't want to store the password in clear text. How can I get a unique hash (sha, sha1, md5, etc) in SQL server 2000 as HashBytes isn't available. I'm not looking for compiled DLL or the ilk, I dont have access to the server, needs to be pure MS SQL.

Unfortunately it looks like MS SQL Server doesn't support it; it uses + instead. I'm guessing that Rails' SQL grammar abstraction has solved the db-specific operator problem already.   I am using msdb..sp_help_job to access whether a job succeeded or failed and can retrieve a general error. But, I want to access the specific error for the step that failed. I cannot seem to find it. It is not in this list of helpful stored procedures provided by MS http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms187763%28v=SQL.100%29.aspx The account running the query is limited but does have the SQLUserAgent role and owns the Jobs that it is accessing.
