And we have never entered into "intercept" method. Why is this happening? How could intercept method calls in BeanWeb? P.S.: All this spin under Glassfish 3.x.

  • .htaccess causes links on page to try an open a BIN file?

    My friend's site which I agree to tech-advise, is psychtalkonline.com. You can go check it out, it's an anonymous forum (miniBBS) running Apache on Unix. I at first had a problem with mod_rewrite but then I uploaded the .htaccess file. However, that seemed to cause problems. If you click on any link, you will get a pop-up saying "You have chosen to open which is a BIN file". If you click the source code, and click on the links in the source code, you will see that it goes to the BIN file. I'm not really sure what's going on. I really would appreciate some help. Thanks.

  • How to load the whole content of a page into another window?

    I'm building a Dashboard and for some stupid reasons my boss wants to load it in a frame on the homepage (yes a frame, he still lives in the 1990s). Anyway, sometimes the dashboard needs some room so that it can show all charts correctly, so I want to add a feature to load the content of the dashboard into a new window. The problem is that, if the user has had some interaction with the dashboard, it will contain modal dialogs, new images, etc... so I want to load all the dashboard content into a new window without reloading its content. Of course, the user should be able to continue browsing the dashboard without problems. How can I do that? I'm using jQuery as my JavaScript framework.

    Good Days, I have recently developed a web application in ASP.NET for a marketer that he has been sending emails to his potential customers to fill out a web form existing in this ASP.NET application. Recently, he received an email from his hosting company saying that they will suspend his account because his emails were triggered by SpamCop.   • Online webcam chat on web page. Free server and easy-to-implement client?

    I have a client requesting that his users can use their webcams to talk to each other on his web site. From what I've understood the main thing to use for this is Flash. However as I have not written flash I would like to have something really easy to implement. Of course preferrably free (or trial). The idea of this is that everything but the chat alone is in .net. So the users will not use flash until they are actaully going to talk to each other. So there is no use for rooms here. I've been looking into silverlight some as well. But it seems like silverlight does not offer streaming between users..? I know this question has been asked many times here. But I could not find a suitable answer which is why I post a new question.

I also have this big image and when you click on one of the thumbnails, the image is replaced by the thumbnail and thats really the thumbnail I want to exclude...Could I possible just say if one of the 3 images src = this one image = src remove the class from this thumbnail?     I'm trying to hook up the click event on a jQuery image carousel's images so that it updates a select list in the same document and sets the "selected" option to match the item that was clicked in the carousel. The "title" attribute on each of the carousel images matches at least one option in the select list (title is always unique).   • Mechanize form submit not going to the correct response page, no errors as to why. Something I'm doing?

    I threw this all in one controller for testing purposes. My code fills out the form correctly for adding a new address to your Amazon account. There are two buttons that submit this form, one takes you to add a new address which is what I don't want, and the other is just a Save & Continue input/image. When I submit the form via that button, as I do below, the form is still on the page, filled out as I have with my code. Inspecting the page titles, they're the same. There are no discernible errors that Mechanize or Amazon spit back.     My company recently upgraded from IE 6 to IE 8. My site does not render properly. I wanted to make sure my .net version was fixed before I started to try to fix a problem. I think my web.config file says i'm using 3.5, but if I get an error when running the app I get this: Version Information: Microsoft .NET Framework Version:2.0.50727.3603; ASP.NET Version:2.0.50727.3082 Why does it say 2.0? rather than 3.5? How do i change this? (using visual studio 2008, running the site locally) Thanks in advance!

    Hi guys. Long time viewer, first time question asker. I'm trying to have my personal website parse through my mail box for attachments from a certain subscription list, and then be able to view the PDF attachments as images, preferably jpg. With the help of this: http://www.linuxscope.net/articles/mailAttachmentsPHP.html I'm currently using imap_base64() to decode the MIME data and create the PDF. However, I hate using PDF readers in general and I thought it would be a lot more streamlined if I could just view it as an image instead. I've heard for convert with ImageMagick, but would I need to actually write the PDF to a directory before using this, or can I convert somehow directly from the MIME data in the email? Thanks in advanced!
