  • C Question: How to store data inside the executable file

    Hello all, complete newbie here, I need to find a way to store 250 KB of plain text numbers inside my program's executable file. Usually, I would put the data in a separate file and let the program read it while it is running, but that's not an option here. Instead, the program and the data need to be in one executable file. I have absolutely no idea how to do it (except writing 250.000 #defines :-) and I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thank you very much!

In MS Exam 70-536 .Net Foundation, Chapter 3 "Searching, Modifying, and Encoding Text" in Case Scenario 1 related to regex there is a question: How can you constrain the input before you write any code? I thought it's maybe a in-mind design of regex pattern but it will not really constrain the input, will it? I am not so good in psychokinesis yet! Or maybe the is some other way?     Hello, Is possible to change hibernate.jdbc.batch_size programmatically? I understand hibernate.jdbc.batch_size is a application level parameter, wanted to know if i can use it specifically for certain HQL inserts and not others. I would change the code only for those HQL inserts The big picture is that i need to introduce batch inserts to make the web application performant in some scenarios, but i do not want to jeopardize the normal inserts which work right now.     Hello, I'm looking for feedback on which analyzer to use with an index that has documents from multiple languages. Currently I am using the simpleanalyzer, as it seems to handle the broadest amount of languages. Most of the documents to be indexed will be english, but there will be the occasional double-byte language indexed as well. Are there any other suggestions or should I just stick with the simpleanalyzer. Thanks

    Hello: I have a simple webpage that displays the credit balance for calling cards. So far without any problems, with HTML, PHP and mysql, I was able to retrieve the balance from a data base. But I have to display the result in ANOTHER PAGE, wich looks akward because the page must reload. Can I just load this value into a pre-drawed field under the input fields that collect the data from the customer?   • How can I terminate a multicast stream (asr - Mac) in a script?

    Hello, I'm making a script to to run a bunch of multicast asr streams, but I do not know how to "stop" or "end" a multicast asr stream after a certain amount of time. Loop Suspend does not do what I'm looking for. I've also tried to add a sleep command followed by a kill command, but they kick in after the stream ends (so that approach does not work). Thanks for any possible help! By the way, I'm writing this script in bash.
