I'm pretty familiar with MVC architecture and have used several frameworks in PHP to build applications. I've never used scaffolding and I'm not sure if that's the best way to start building an application. Experienced users, please suggest if I should be using scaffolding or should I code manually.

  I was faced today by an exception saying that "Farm is unavailable" and the call stack which for sure wasn't useful for diagnosing that type of error. My solution to this error was straight forward and below are the steps that I've followed: 1. Open run and type services.msc 2. Search for the SQL server instance and in my case I've found that it's not running, so simply start it :) After that, refresh the page and everything is normal again !

I want to color the line in XNA so that the color starts from a specific RGB color in both the start and end points of the line and finish in a specific RGB color.(e.x., from (255,255,255) to (128,128,128).   My recent installation 10.10 on my laptop keeps freezing/crashing on start-up after working perfectly for one day. The system just freezes, like a screenshot, and a restart is required. It happens directly after login or just as any application is selected. Nothing new has been installed. I have just moved from XP. Worse, when this crash happens, my Unity desktop becomes unstable, with various applications failing to start with similar segmentation faults. • Can't install Dual Boot from USB live - crash and nouvea problem

  I just got a new laptop with Windows 8 pre-installed and I'm trying to make a dual boot with Ubuntu on my other hard drive but I can't make the Live USB work. I followed all the procedure for disabling the Security Boot and the UEFI setting but still doesn't work. It seems to start the installing procedure but I never get to choose anything: after a few seconds the screen turns black with an error message [18.707838] divide error: 0000 [#1] SMP (it goes on for several lines quoting some nouveau problem). Any ideas?
