  I'm tired of thinking how the hell my coodinates are working at each case. I heard that I could flip the Y-axis by this code: glScalef(1, -1, 1); But should I? Doesnt this break some other external functions and lighting etc?

In the top right corner is an X (provided by the controlbox). i have an event on the form_closing that i was hoping would fire when the cross is clicked. • scale down pdf to fit in iframe in uiwebview

  I have a uiwebview that loads a iframe to display a pdf file. But only the top left corner of the pdf file i visible, I need to fit the pdf file inside then iframe, that is, I need to scale down the pdf file so that all of it is visible. I know that with webpages you can open a pdf and set the starting scale on it like this page1.pdf#zoom=25 but that doesnt work in the webview. Does anybody know what to do?

  Since Windows doesnt have a C++ locale with UTF8 support by default, i would like to construct a custom locale object which supports UTF8 (by creating it with a custom ctype facet). How can i construct a locale object with a my own ctype implementation (i only found functions to construct a locale using an already existing locale as base..) If C++ does not support construction of locales with a custom ctype facet at all, why is that so ?

  Having those tables: table_n1: | t1_id | t1_name | | 1 | foo | table_n2: | t2_id | t1_id | t2_name | | 1 | 1 | bar | I need a query that gives me two result: | names | | foo | | foo / bar | But i cant figure out the right way. I wrote this one: SELECT CONCAT_WS(' / ', table_n1.t1_name, table_n2.t2_name) AS names FROM table_n1 LEFT JOIN table_n2 ON table_n2.t1_id = table_n1.t1_id that works for an half: this only return the 2° row (in the example above): | names | | foo - bar | This query return the 'father' (table_n1) name only when it doesnt have 'childs' (table_n2). How can i fix it?

When a row has just one line it dont fit the text,and a whiteline appears below it,because others rows in the same grid ,has 2 or more lines.   my hostname is newton ...when I set "127.0.0.1 Newton" in /etc/hosts .. parallels stops working.. when I set "127.0.0.1 localhost" in /etc/hosts apache installed via ports stops working.. when I add both '"127.0.0.1 localhost", and "127.0.0.1 newton" to hosts file.. parallels network doesnt work

Usually, this would work, as described here: {\fontencoding{T1}\fontfamily{arev} the font is temporarily changed} it doesnt though, and I think it has to do with the fact that arev is a T1 font. • scriptaculous drop down menu not working in IE

  I'm using the dropdown menu from http://www.wappler.eu/swdropdownmenu/ and it works fine in all browsers except IE.. the demo on the website works in IE, and the only thing i've changed is the styling.. mine is at http://www.futureworkinstitute.com/2010/ - at first i thought it might have been a conflict between scriptaculous/prototype/jquery, but even after removing other JS, it still doesnt work.
