  • Grails - How to format a value in a textfield into comma style such that it can be easily read?

    Hi there, I want to allow users enter numbers in textfield and once the textbox loses focus. The number is formatted with commas. e.g. User enters 100000 textfield looses focus value displayed: 100,000 How can I achieve this in Grails. I have looked at <g:formatNumber number="${myNumber}" format="\\$###,##0" /> But it doesnt solve my problem as the number is from a textfield. thanks Much appreciated.

  • Change executable properties (product name) with c#

    I have a c# proyect that I need to change its product name upon compiling. I used the prebuild event to change it in the AssemblyInfo.cs but a few times visual studio doesnt get this change and compiles it with the previous product name. So i prefer to change it after compiling from another executable (all in c#)

But now that i have implemented a SharedPreferences that the user can select how much rows will be displayed in the ListView, my SQLite query doesnt work.   • need help with 301 redirect and seo urls

It works great..the only problem is when i go to the old page it doesnt redirect to the new page.. so i have a feeling i will get two pages indexed in google... how can i just permenantly redirect the old pages eto new urls...     I am using jxl api for generating a excel sheet, in which the alternate rows are highlighted, when I sort the contents of a excel and sort manually, the cell background colors messup, usually this is because I am writing the color cell by cell, is there anyway through which i color the alternate rows of the excel while generating it, in such a way that it doesnt effect the sorting of the contents.

    Hi guys, im developing an Android application for twitter that will sync data coming from the people you follow. The problem is that: http://api.twitter.com/1/statuses/friends.json provides me the last 100 persons ive followed and i wanted to display only 20 for each 'page'. I believe that the 'cursor' parameter doesnt do what i need, so i'm trying to figure out a way to store it. Can you guys give me enlightenment? Thanks in advance

    Im trying to make a program that captures a video from the webcam and sound from the microphone but im getting stuck at the part where ive try to make a movie out of still images ive heard you need to use directshow but it doesnt jet work for me Does someone know a good piece of example code that captures video and sound and can encode it to a file (divx or something like that) ? or some suggestions where to look so i can build it myself (if a other programming language is better for this im happy to know it early. )

I understand that the iphone doesnt natively support flv playback but isnt there anything I can do to get around this problem?     Is it possible to search on Tags within SharePoint 2010? I know you can refine your search based on Tag (Search for a keyword, then filter by Tags) and you can use the "Tag Cloud", but that doesnt let you search by more then one Tag. How would I for instance, search for some documents that I have tagged as "Technical" and "Internal", and return all items tagged with both of those tags?
