    I need to use a TCP socket connecting to a port outside of 4502-4532 while running in browser. I know it is possible to do out of browser with allowing full access, but how can I do it inside the browser?     hi, I want to learn hadoop. However, I don't have access to a cluster now. Is it possible for me to learn it and use it for writing programs and learn it properly. Would it be helpful to run multiple linux VMs and then use them as boxes to run hadoop? Or you think that is more of a stretch and running it on a multiple hosts is the same as running in on single host (in terms of setup, Hadoop API used, the architecture of the map-reduce programs etc) Thanks,

    I am using a IoC Container (Castle Windsor) to instantiate classes accordingly to the configuration file. If I want to add classes from a new dll that didn't exist when I compiled the project, there is any way to do that without recompiling? Edit: As this project is a Service Host for WCF service, and the classes that I want to include after compilation are WCF Services I would like also to know if I can include endpoint information about new services without recompiling.

    I'm investigating the possibility of utilizing my web host as a cruise control.net build server. If I have access to MsBuild or can deploy msBuild and run it, it would be great. I can not however find any resources that would tell me if cruise control supports being run as a web service or web app. Is this type of deployment possible? If not could the UI (it's web-based I believe) control section sit on the web server and send requests to the actual build server?

I tried WMI however the code I'm using private long getCPU() { ManagementClass mObject = new ManagementClass("Win32_Processor"); mObject.Get(); return (long)mObject.Properties["MaxClockSpeed"].Value; } Throws a null reference exception. Furthermore, WMI queries are a bit slow and I need to make a few to get all the specs. Is there a better way?
