Now, the problem is we are looking for Secure Store Service on 'Services on Server' page in Central Administration, but we didn't see it. We have another server where SharePoint 2010 standard is installed and there we can see Secure Store Service available. Please let me know what needs to be done for the same. Thanks in Advance

• Image CDN with API?

  My company uses flickr and picasa web albums as poor man's content delivery networks (CDN) for image hosting, but I'm curious if anyone has any recommendations on any other services that might be worth looking into, paid and free? Preferably something that has an API so that it can be integrated discreetly on the backend as a WordPress plugin or for other development frameworks. A CDN such as Amazon is cheap, and it works, but the lack of a photo-centric API is what prevents me from using it for general usage.

• Gauging Maturity of your BPM Strategy - part 2 / 2

  In my earlier post I had discussed the essence of maturity assessment and the business imperative for doing the same in the context of BPM. In this post I will discuss Oracle’s BPM Maturity assessment methodology. Oracle’s BPM Maturity model comprises of the following components: Maturity – represents stages of evolution of your BPM capability with 0 being the lowest level and 5 being the highest level  Domain – represents multiple perspectives both technical and business oriented against which your BPM capability can be assessed Adoption – represents scale of BPM rollout starting at the project level to the enterprise level Note: Your BPM capability can be at different levels of maturity for the different domains. Oracle’s BPM assessment methodology measures the maturity of your BPM capability at the individual domain level as well as the aggregate level. The output of Oracle’s BPM assessment benefits you in two ways: Gap Analysis by comparing the “As-Is” BPM capability with the desired “To-Be” BPM capability along the various domains  (see Figure 1) Systematic Adoption by aligning evolution of BPM capability with its rollout in multiple phases (see Figure 2)

  Microsoft has released recently free eBooks on various Microsoft Technology. The best part is that all these books are available in ePub, Mobi and PDF. You can download them to your local machine or eBook reader and read them. This is a great start as many important subjects are now covered and converted into an eBook. I personally read through a few of the books and found they are very comprehensive and and detailed. The goal is not to cover complete technology in a single book but rather pick a single topic and discuss it in detail. The source of the book is white paper, Technet wiki as well book online and it is clearly listed right bellow the book title. Just like eBooks mentioned earlier my SQL Server Wait Stats was inspired from my article series on SQL Wait Stats. The latest book SQL Server Interview Question and Answers was derived from my article series on SQL Interview Q and A. Writing book is an absolutely different concept than writing blog posts. When I was converting my blog posts to books, I ended up writing 50% new material and end up removing many repetitive content which shows up in blog series. • How to fix “Unit Test Runner failed to load test assembly”

  I encountered this issue a couple times during my recent project, every time I forgot what actually cause the issue. Therefore, I decide to write a quick blog post to make sure I can identify the issue quickly. Problem: Run unit test using a test runner and received a Unit Test Runner failed to load test assembly exception. Analysis: Basically, I have changed some code and start the test runner to run tests. The same dll have already been deployed to GAC. So the test runner actually tries to use the old version of the assembly thus could not load the assembly. Solution: Deploy the current version of dll to the GAC and re-run your test, it works like a charm.

  I mean real bare bones, bare machine here(no Linux kernel, pre-existing kernel, or any bootloader). I mean honestly write the bootloading software in direct microarchitecture-specific machine opcode, host the operating system, interrupts, I/O, services, and graphical software and all hardware interaction, computation, and design entirely in binary. I know this is quite the leap here, but I was thinking to practice first in x86 assembly (not binary) 16-bit style. Any ideas?
