I'd like to put a label to each LineSeries on my Flex LineChart so it will be shown next to the line (along it). Any relatively easy way to archieve that?

Hi, I am using the Eclipse CDT and I have a goto label and a FILE definition after it and when I compile the project it gives me the error: Expression expected before FILE.
Thanks in advance,
Mr. Man
Is there any good overview of the JFace label provider framework? The JFace snippets doesn't really explain the relationship between the different generations (pre-3.2, 3.3, 3.4, etc.)
Is there a way to do something similar to a SourceSafe label in svn? I know of the bransch/tag, but I would like to have a more lightweight way of just setting a name for a specific revision.
func say(name:String, msg:String) {
println("\(name) say \(msg)")
}
say("Henry","Hi,Swift") <---- error because missing argument label 'msg' in call
I need to use
say("Henry",msg:"Hi,Swift")
Why ? If I put more than two var in func so that I need to write var name instead of first var when I call this func
It's really trouble, and I don't see any explain in iBook Swift tutorial.
Can someone give me a help ... Thanks
I'd like to have an input box in the middle of a paragraph, with the label in smaller text underneath it. Kind of like:
Hello [________________], This is to inform you
(Customer Name)
that the [____________] you ordered is no longer
(Item Name)
available.
I thought it would be pretty easy to do, but my brain doesn't appear to be working today. Is it possible to do this with just CSS, and in a simple enough manner that it can be adapted to different forms easily?
Is there any way, and any tutorials, articles, samples around that allow each and every new Label Control created at runtime to have a Glow around it, just like on Vista/7?
Thank you
I have a custom control derived from a label.
I need to change the native control's location origin from upper left to lower left.
Is there a method or property to do this?

I am making a game in cocos2d , In that while updating score the old score values get on the label and the new value get overwritten. I m using following code to display the score,
LblScore = [CCLabel labelWithString:[NSString stringWithFormat:@"%d",score] dimensions:CGSizeMake(100, 300) alignment:UITextAlignmentCenter fontName:@"Arial" fontSize:32.0];
Because of this the score value are not shown and all things get massed up, If any one having idea how to update new score?
Hi,
I have two questions.
How do I change the corner radius of a Label component in Flex. Tried applying style name, and the setStyle('cornerRadius',9) methods, but doesn't work.
How can I change the arrow image in the combo box control to a different image?
Please give your suggestions.

I am just simply creating a web application.
I wanted to insert a line break in a label
for example
label1.Text = "I AM HERE" + "\n" + "I AM NOW HERE";
I wanted to print it as
I AM HERE
I AM NOW HERE
But, it is not working... I don't know why...
I even tried
label1.Text = "I AM HERE" + '\n' + "I AM NOW HERE";
its not working.. What should I do....

Hy,
I got an intersting problem which I stumbled upon. When I double click a label in a JLabel I want to add another button in a JPanel, its a shorter way to make a dragg and drop. The problem is that the button doesn't appears only if i'll position the mouse on the area the button should appear. Why does it happens this way? Anyone got a clue? Are there some thread related issues involved?
Thanks in advance
I need to be able to scroll text on a label i am using this for the credits portion of a tic tac toe game. How can I make this happen we've only been taught to scroll through number values in the scrollbar not text. Your help is appreciated.
private void xGameCreditsButton_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
this.xWinnerLabel.BackColor = Color.White;
this.xCreditsScrollBar.Visible = true;
this.xWinnerLabel.Text = "This game was made possible with the help of: blah bla blah";
}
I've read about this a lot and I just can't figure it out. It has nothing to do with MY code, it has to do with the feed or something because if I swap it with a Twitter feed it returns an Object object which is perfect.
$.getJSON('http://rockbottom.nozzlmedia.com:8000/api/portland/?count=1&callback=?',function(json){
console.log(json)
});
And i get an "invalid label" error. Any ideas?
Hi, everyone.
How can I show label on the top of the line in the bar2d graphic?
For example:
|-------------------------
| This is line!
|================= 70%
|
| This is line 2!
|====== 30%
|-------------------------
Thanks.
I need to format text in a label like this:
username: some text from this user. This will
create additional lines of text that will go
on and on and on.
Where "username" is bold. This will go into a UILabel, which is in a custom table cell. Is there a way to get this type of layout?
Is there a way to make a PyGTK widget partly transparent, so that the widgets behind it can be seen through it? Specifically I'm trying to do this on a label, for typographic effect; I don't want to change the color instead, as it may not look right on all themes.
