  • Helping using FirePHP to debug a .php application

    Hi, just set up FirePHP and using a framework called Qcodo / Qcubed. Has anyone heard of these on SO? Been having challenges debugging -- trying to do a fairly simple new() and save() and then output via Ajax but not getting any kind of responsiveness from errors. Any help for us, two of us have checked it out but can't seem to get a response. Thanks!   • How can I get text under mouse pointer WebBrowser control?

    I'm currently working on WYSIWYG editor using .net WebBrowser control and I need to implement spell checking. My question is how can I get text under mouse pointer when I right click on the misspelled word to show all spell suggestions? Tried to wrap every misspelled word in html label with javascript event, but there seems to be the problem in invoking C# code from javascript.

  • Servlet IOException when streaming a Byte Array

    I occasionally get an IOException from a Servlet I have that writes a byte array to the outputstream in order to provide a file download capability. This download servlet has a reasonable amount of traffic (100k hits a month) and this exception occurs rarely, around 1-2 times a month. I have tried recreating the exception by using the exact same Base64 String and no exception is raised and the Servlet behaves as designed. Is this IO Exception being caused by something outside my applications control? For example a network issue or the user resetting the connection? I have tried to google the cause of an IOException at this point in the stack but to no avail. The environment is running Tomcat 5.5 on CentOS 5.3 with an Apache HTTP Server acting as a proxy using proxy_ajp. The person there told me the only way they sell FAST ESP is as a bundled product with SharePoint.   • Can I use a previous version of iText(Sharp) under the LGPL?

I need it to run under medium trust (webserver) and to be free of charge (sice this is a very small project), therefore there is not much competition. Unfortunately, since I need it for a commercial project, I cannot the AGPL introduced with version 5.0. Do you know if I may use the 4.x versions using the LGPL? Or is their license automatically updated to the APGL?

  • Komodo Double Indentation with Tab

    In Komodo Edit, if I name the file *.django.html it gives me django syntax highlighting BUT it also indents with a tab character (8 spaces) instead of giving me the usual 4 space indent. How can I fix this? I've tried changing the value in Edit Preferences Editor Indentation Language Settings, but that seems to have no effect on it. The indentation works as normal (4 spaces) if I'm using any other extension (.py, .html, etc.). Ideas?

    I was wondering if there was a way I could program and compile .net applications (c#, asp.net mvc) from a usb stick on any laptop I plugged in. I am lookinjg for a solution that does not have me installing programs on the laptop, so I have to be able to run an ide or editor from an exe and compile presumably from command line. Was also wondering if I can run MS test projects from command line to check tests passed etc. Thanks

I'd like to know, however, what they had in mind while they made those mistakes. Is this (terrific) UX Guidelines document something new, or were there previous issues of such?   • Free-as-in-beer binary file format inspector

(Something along the lines of the 010 Editor, but infinitely more cost-effective).
