  • How to Access Data in ZODB

    I have a Plone site that has a lot of data in it and I would like to query the database for usage statistics; ie How many cals with more than 1 entries, how many blogs per group with entries after a given date, etc. I want to run the script from the command line... something like so: bin/instance [script name] I've been googling for a while now but can't find out how to do this. Also, can anybody provide some help on how to get user specific information. Information like, last logged in, items created. Thanks! Eric

    I'm trying to connect to existing instance of EC2 with a new PEM. But I get this error when I try to connect. Here is what I did so far.   • Git access on Heroku deployment and others: connection refused

    I have suddenly run into an issue using git. I created a new app, went to push to Heroku and now see: ssh: connect to host heroku.com port 22: Connection refused My other previously working Heroku apps no longer work, receiving the same error. Other Heroku commands work (create, info, db:push). I also see the error when accessing Git on my unfuddle accounts. I can SSH to other services, so it doesn't look like it's my machine. Any ideas?

  • Open an attachment for editing and save changes made to it

    My Lotus Notes document has a rich text item that stores an attachment. I want to edit the attachment and after this to save the attachment back to the Lotus Notes document. This is the script that launches the attachment: @Command([EditGotoField];"Attachment"); @Command([EditSelectAll]); @Command([AttachmentLaunch]); @Command([EditDeselectAll]) This script opens the attachment, but the changes made are not reflected to the Lotus Document. One way of solving this is to add AttachmentActionDefault=2 as an entry to the notes.ini. This enables to edit the attachment when double clicking on attachment. Also using the right click on the attachment, and then choosing edit action, produces the same result. In both cases, after saving, the changes are reflected back to the Lotus Notes document. The problem is that I want to use a button for opening the attachment.

    Hi, I created a CGRegisterScreenRefreshCallback(refreshCallback, NULL) and in the refreshCallback method get the list of rectangles which have changed. I am getting the rectangle data from frameBuffer using OpenGL glReadPixels. Is there a better way of screen capture either with/without opengl and also using OpenGL can I skip reading pixel by pixel ? I have looked at glGetTexImage and glCopyTexSubImage2D. Any simple code block which can explain how to use these functions to get the changed rectangle data would be very helpful ? Thanks, Raja.

  • Autofac in web applications, where should I store the container for easy access

    I'm still pretty new to using Autofac and one thing I miss in the documentation and examples is how to make it easy to get to the configured container from different places in a web application. I know I can use the Autofac controller factory to automatically resolve constructor injected dependencies for controllers, but how about the other stuff you might need to resolve that is not injected yet. Is there an obvious pattern I am not aware of for this? Thank you!

  • Hide segment in URL but give code access to hidden segment

    I'm using Structure and have a "Supernav" page with multiple children that will make up the supernav for the site. I thought this would be a nice way to have all pages on the site accessible to the client via one location: the Structure UI. If you visit any of the child pages in the "supernav" group the URL comes out like this: http://website.com/supernav/prospective-students I'd love to be able to remove the supernav segment of those URLs so that it ends up being: http://website.com/prospective-students I don't even want the supernav segment to appear in the status bar when you hover over these links on the page. Is this possible? With CodeIgniter this comes down to a simple routing rule, but I don't know if that's an option with EE. Appreciate any help I can get!

    I have been banging my head against the wall for a couple days and need some help. I have a feeling that I am doing something really silly here, but I cannot find the issue. This is the controller for a table view. I put the SQL in line to simplify it as part of the troubleshooting of this error. Normally, it would be in an accessor method in a model class. It gets through the SQL read just fine. Finds the two objects, loads them into the todaysWorkout array and then builds the cells for the table view. The table view actually comes up on the scree and then it throws the EXC_BAD_ACCESS.     I've inherited a web site I'm editing in dotnet and it won't compile because the class in one file (say class1.vb) refers to a class in another file (say class2) (like Dim m_c As class2) , but the compiler says "Type Class2 is not defined". when I look in the object browswer the classes are listed separately (i.e. not all grouped under the same namespace) and appear as: Public Class Class1 Inherits System.Object Member of C:...\mywebsite\ Help!, thanks.

  • Can't access dojo object property using string variable

    I am retrieving a json associative array using a dojo xhrGet request. The data comes back just fine, however I need the app to be able to display the keys and their properties (or values) without knowing the keys beforehand. So, I do the following: function getData() { dojo.xhrGet( { url: "ytd_process.php", handleAs: "json", load: function(response) { for (var key in response) { dojo.byId("boxes").innerHTML+="<div id=\"box\">"+key+":"+response.key+"</div>"; } console.dir(response); // Dump it to the console } }); }; The keys are retrieved and displayed on the page, but the response.key returns undefined. I know the syntax is correct because if I replace .key with an actual key value it will display correctly. It appears it doesn't like a string as the key. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi, we'd like to measure "client side web site performance". i.e. we would like to have answers to the following questions: how long did it takt to load and render a webpage (including alle graphics scripts etc.) this bundled with additional informations like user-agent, operating system etc. a graphical tool to analyze the data would be perfect I know jiffy ( http://code.google.com/p/jiffy-web/wiki/Jiffy_js ) but that isn't maintained anymore. I presume that there will be full docs of an API with the h/w, so maybe this should be tagged "no-programming-related"? Sorry, if so. Any good URLs or books (I am conversant with the 3GPP standards). I'm not (black hat) hacking, don't worry, just not pleased with the likes of SIM Card Secretary, Data Doctor Recovery, etc, so would like to code my own, but might turn it commercial, or offer SIM card programming services (data recover from damaged card, etc) as a sideline.

  • Open File Dialog Asp.Net

    I am creating an excel report in vb.net using the office interop. When the report is completed I am saving the excel file on the C drive. The users have asked to save file anywhere they want not just the c drive. Can someone give me some code to popup an opend file dialog in asp.net? I want the dialog to popup in a saveAs in ASP.NET. I know how to do it in win forms, but I am creating an excel report in asp.net and calling the worksheet objects SaveAs property that excepts a fileName. So right now I just hardcode a file name in there. The users want to choose a file location
