    Does cassandra replicates only on write procedure (with choosen consistency level)? Is there any auto-replicate option for absent nodes, if i want symetric data in every node? If I plug in new node to cluster there is no auto replication - how to sync data from others nodes with new one? If I want replication like multimaster (2 nodes) with slave backup (1 node) known from MySQL, what is the proper logic setup and manage that on cassandra (3 nodes)? How about two nodes?

    Hi, How would you create a line in JasperReports that follows the trend for the data, in addition to showing the data points? Here are before and after shots: Before After The Time Series report does not appear to have any such option to draw the orange line.     I've downloaded the "dbd-mysql-0.4.4.zip" and linked it to my project. While I try to run a demo code from NetBeans the very first line require "dbi" gives me an error. Is there a different way to do it? I also tried jruby setup.rb config --with=dbi,dbd_mysql from the command prompt and it gave me the following error: config: unknown option --with=dbi,dbd_mysql Try 'ruby setup.rb --help' for detailed usage. Any suggestions please?

  • VS2008 intellisense performance issue with large number of partial static classes

    My question is a follow-up to the issue posted here regarding the Intellisense performance issue when building a large solution in VS2008 that has many partial static classes. Since Microsoft does not seem to be addressing the issue for VS2008, I would like to know if there are other ways around the problem? Waiting for VS2010 is not an option at this time. The proposed solution in the previous post is not practical as some of the partial classes may be regenerated and this would be a maintenance headache.

    I have a TabHost and several tabs added to it. Problem: The activities on these tabs are not created until the tab is pressed. My tabhost is broadcasting intents but my broadcast receivers are not registered until onCreate in my tab activities is called. Is there any way to force activity creation? Maybe my tabhost can call setCurrentTab and switch back to main tab(0), but is that really the best option available?

    I've just started to work with DoubleClick Studio. I've successfully created a Flash expanding ad with CS4 that is mostly scripted and uses the Document class option. Now for some reason the back end of DoubleClick Studio thinks I've imported the Enabler component twice. I've checked my files numerous of times but can't find the root cause. Any help is much appreciated :)

  • How do I translate a ISO 8601 datetime string into a Python datetime object?

    I'm getting a datetime string in a format like "2009-05-28T16:15:00" (this is ISO 8601, I believe) one hack-ish option seems to be to parse the string using time.strptime and passing the first 6 elements of the touple into the datetime constructor, like: datetime.datetime(*time.strptime("2007-03-04T21:08:12", "%Y-%m-%dT%H:%M:%S")[:6]) I haven't been able to find a "cleaner" way of doing this, is there one?
