  I have this PHP page where the user can select and un-select items. For example in the screenshot above, there are 4 assigned locations, if I'm gonna remove (or unassign) "Mercury Morong" and "GP Hagonoy" from the assigned locations, only two must remain. What are the possible solutions using PHP? Thanks for any help!

  This seems like it should be very easy...anyway, it is in MS SQL Server In a DB2 stored procedure, how can I just get the value of a variable? Say I have the following stored procedure: CREATE PROCEDURE etl.TestABC( ) LANGUAGE SQL BEGIN declare Stmt varchar(2048); set Stmt = 'this is a test'; -- print Stmt; -- select Stmt; return 0; END @ I'd like to print out the value of Stmt after I set it. Print doesn't work, select doesn't work. Somebody said I have to insert it to a table first, and then get it after I run the stored procedure. Is this really necessary? Thanks, Sylvia EDIT: I should have made clearer that I want to see the value of Stmt each time after I set it, and I may need to set it multiple times within the same stored procedure.

• MySQL LEFT JOIN issue with three WHERE statements

  I am building a note taking app for myself with tag filtering functions, but am having an issue when trying to grab notes with the tags. The tag filter needs to use AND not IN, because it will help better narrow down what I am looking for. My tables are configured like this: + notes note_id | note_title | note_uid + tags tag_id | tag_title + notes_tags nt_id | nt_note_id | nt_tag_id The notes_tags table keeps track of all notes' tags. I am not worried about returning any information about tags, so here is an example LEFT JOIN I am using currently to only get notes with only 1 tag. SELECT * FROM notes_tags LEFT JOIN notes ON note_id = nt_note_id WHERE note_uid IN ( 1 ) AND nt_tag_id = 10 This query runs perfect, it grabs all of the notes with that single tag. However, I am having issues "pinpointing" my notes using a query like this: SELECT * FROM notes_tags LEFT JOIN notes ON note_id = nt_note_id WHERE note_uid IN ( 1 ) AND nt_tag_id = 10 AND nt_tag_id = 11 What am I doing wrong with the syntax?

• Have my UIPickerView having the same behavior than the keyboard.

  Hi. So I have a UITableView where one of its rows is a UITextView. When the user is writing something to UITextView (using the keyboard) the user can scroll the tableview and select another cell. Everything works. When the user selects another cell, a datePicker appears, and the user can select a given date. I want the user to be able to scroll the tableView the same way like when the keyboard is on the screen. The problem here is that when I scroll with the picker, the table bounces back to the previous position (with some cells hidden by the picker). I assume that this happens because I add the picker to the main window, as a subview... but I'm honestly not sure... Where (and how) should I add my picker so that it "appears" where the keyboard appears? Not sure I was clear... Thanks a lot.

The problem is that this following query: Consumer consumer = (from c in _ctx.Consumers where c.ID = id select c).First(); returns a BillableConsumer instance! Just the same as this query: BillableConsumer bconsumer = (from c in _ctx.Consumers.OfType<BillableConsumer>() where c.ID = id select c).First(); How can I return an instance of just the base class? (these are separate tables in the data store).

  I have to tables ProdBiscuit As tb and StockData As sd , I have to get the sum of the quantity in StockData (quantite) with the condition of if (sd.status0 AND sd.prodid = tb.id AND sd.matcuisine = 3) Here is my sql query SELECT tb.id, tb.nom, tb.proddate, tb.qty, tb.stockrecno FROM ProdBiscuit AS tb JOIN (SELECT id, prodid, matcuisine, status, SUM(quantite) AS rq FROM StockData) AS sd ON (tb.id = sd.prodid AND sd.status > 0 AND sd.matcuisine = 3) LIMIT 25 OFFSET @Myid This gives me no rows at all ? There is only 3 rows in ProdBiscuit and 11 rows in Stockdata and there is only 2 rows in StockData good with the condition. And as shown in the picture there is only two rows which give the condition. What is wrong in my query ? PS: The green lines on the image shows the condition in my query.

  I just inherited a project that has code similar to the following (rather simple) example: DECLARE @Demo TABLE ( Quantity INT, Symbol NVARCHAR(10) ) INSERT INTO @Demo (Quantity, Symbol) SELECT 127, N'IBM' My interest is with the N before the string literal. I understand that the prefix N is to specify encoding (in this case, Unicode). But since the select is just for inserting into a field that is clearly already Unicode, wouldn't this value be automatically upcast? I've run the code without the N and it appears to work, but am I missing something that the previous programmer intended? Or was the N an oversight on his/her part? I expect behavior similar to when I pass an int to a decimal field (auto-upcast). Can I get rid of those Ns?

Adding is easy: $('#container').append(''); $('input[name=foo]:last-child').jqTransInputText(); But removing is tricky: $('WHAT-TO-SELECT').remove(); I can't do "input[name=foo]:last-child" since it's already wrapped (some divs) by jqTransform. To put this question in another way: How do I select based on "who has child of type input with 'foo' as its name"?

I was wondering if it is possible to write in a dropdownlist or listbox such that if somebody does not want to select from the dropdownlist or listbox, he/she can type the value and if the value exist in the dropdownlist/listbox, it autofills. The person may then select it. If this is not possible in ASP.NET, would anybody know of another control that can be used for the same purpose and how? what I really need is how to allow the writting on the DropDownList, please someone help me!.   I have the following query that gets run within a proc. The function MyFunction returns a table, and this query joins on that table. This proc works great when a @MyArg value is supplied. However, I’m wondering if there’s a way to run this on all @MyArg values in the database. I’m sure there’s a way to do it within a loop, but I know that loops are generally to be avoided at the db layer. I really just need to perform this for the sake of checking (and possibly cleansing) some bad data.   I have a string of length 1,44,000 which has to be passed as a parameter to a stored procedure which is a select query on a table. When a give this is in a query (in c# ) its working fine. But when i pass it as a parameter to stored procedure its not working.   I have a sql script that is set to roll to production. I've wrapped the various projects into separate transactions. In each of the transactions we created stored procedures. I'm getting error messages Msg 156, Level 15, State 1, Line 4 Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'procedure'. I created this example script to illustrate Begin Try Begin Transaction -- do a bunch of add/alter tables here -- do a bunch of data manipulation/population here -- create a stored proc create procedure dbo.test as begin select * from some_table end Commit End Try Begin Catch Rollback Declare @Msg nvarchar(max) Select @Msg=Error_Message(); RaisError('Error Occured: %s', 20, 101,@Msg) With Log; End Catch The error seems to imply that I can't create stored procs inside of transaction, but I'm not finding any docs that say otherwise(maybe google isn't being freindly today).
