• White dialog theme

  I've noticed some apps have a dialog with white background, including along the title border, as opposed to the default black. I know how to make the background white but the whiteness doesn't extend to the dialog's title border. This image: http://localhostr.com/files/25bb19/tether.png is an example of how I want the dialog to look. Anyone know I can do this? I mainly use AlertDialog.Builder to make my dialogs so ideally something I can easily to that.

• How to use Google app engine with my own domain (not subdomain)?

  Hi all, After hours of reading about and experimenting with DNS records I can access my Google app engine app via these URLs: myappid.appspot.com www.myappid.myowndomain.com What does not work: myowndomain.com www.myowndomain.com I want to be able to serve my app directly off my domain and not a subdomain. I've seen apps that do this. Is there any way to do this without a URL redirect? Thanks, Mark

  I am trying to use Haml with Grails but I am having some issues. The plugin for haml has errors to parse empty lines. The plugin generate gsp files, so I think that I can use the online haml html generator. Bug I want something like an editor with syntax highlithing, blocks, etc, and that generate html.   I'm setting up an online ordering system but I'm in Australia and for international customers I'd like to show prices in US dollars or Euros so they don't have to make the mental effort to convert from Australian dollars. Does anyone know if I can pull up to date exchange rates off the net somewhere in an easy-to-parse format I can access from my PHP script ? • Detecting own posts on Facebook from a Chrome extension perspective

  I want to create a Chrome extension that will automatically like every post I make on Facebook. My question is, how can I detect when I post something, and if that post if mine? Is there an event that occurs or something? (And just for the record, I know that these sorts of things are impossible when other apps post on my behalf, at least from an extension perspective. So I'm only concentrating on posts that I actually click the "post" button, or enter for, myself.)

• Getting Console Logs for My Cocoa App

  I'm making a crash reporter, and I can read the crash reporter files just fine within ~/Library/Logs/CrashReporter. However, I want to also send along with the report any console (NSLog) information that was printed to the console (the stuff that one can see both in Xcode and in Console.app). However, I want to make sure I get only the logs for my app. I don't want logs from other apps. How does one get the console logs for a specific app?

• AVD properties for Motorola Flipout?

  I'm looking to create AVDs to test my apps on, and i'm trying to figure out the correct settings for a square screen such as the new Motorola Flip Out. I don't see a wikipedia article for it, or many specs... On a related note, what about tablets? Actually.. Why aren't there a set of AVD instances with params from popular devices.. or at least a site that lists them for each of the 60+ devices. Thanks in advance :)

• Dojo datagrid won't display inside another div

  Hi, Trying to get a Dojo datagrid working - have duplicated the first example on the documentation page (http://docs.dojocampus.org/dojox/grid/DataGrid) & it works just fine. However, when I try to display the grid inside another div (i.e. putting 'gridContainer4' from the example inside any other div) nothing displays... Any help much appreciated - can't find anything about this anywhere online!
