  How does a member set inside an action... $this->foo = 'bar'; ...become a variable accessible from a template... echo $foo; // bar I would like to know how it is achieved at a framework level. There is a lot of documentation on how to use Symfony, but I've not managed to find much about how it all fits together behind the scenes (class structure/inheritance etc).   When I try to use assertNotLesser or assertNotGreater I get compile error .. and eclipse suggest me to create a new method called like this .. http://junit-addons.sourceforge.net/junitx/framework/ComparableAssert.html I found it here I never used these options before but I need to write this test, I can do it jmock as well but I don't know how .. I need to compare my expected results let say 0, if the real result is greater that the test should fail.

Our attempted solution is to set client read timeouts and come up with a framework for resending requests or otherwise handling those failures gracefully.   I've seen some jobs that require nhibernate knowledge, as well as numerous questions on stack. I found another question that pointed me to Summer Of NHibernate and I am watching the videos now. However it has no introduction explaining why NHibernate was created and what problem is solves. By looking on wikipedia, I can see vaguely what it does, but to me it looks like .NET already has the entity framework which seems to do the same thing. Can anyone clarify why nhibernate exists?

• SQL Server CE installation on Windows - just reference the DLL and I'm done?

If I add System.Data.SqlServerCe as a reference in my Visual Studio 2008 project, compile it, and copy the contents of the "bin\Release" directory to a Windows machine that has the latest version of the .NET framework, will it just work? Or do I need to do something else?
