• Outlook 2003 items stuck in outbox after sent (POP3)

  Hi, I have a PC, when the user sends an item it's stuck in the outbox after sending. The strange thing is that the mails are being sent to the recepient. It's just that Outlook doesn't move it from Outbox to Sent Items...I checked all the settings and all is well. This is a POP3 account. What else can I check?

  Hello, I am using VirtualBox on Ubuntu with some programs installed in it. And the snapshot file does not stop to grow. I don't need this feature. I just want my data to be saved on the virtual windows hard drive. How can I remove the snapshot of 20GB without losing my documents and settings and without starting another one keeping growing ? • Are Noise-Canceling headphones effective?

  I work in a pretty noisy environment, lots of noise near me like the TV and people yelling and talking in really loud voices. It makes it really hard to concentrate and since I can't really move my PC to another part of the house I was thinking of getting a decent pair of noise-canceling headphones. I've never owned or used a pair before so I wanted to ask, do they block outside noise completely? As in, I'll hear nothing but silence as long as I'm wearing them?

  I'm trying to measure would it be better to have prefork or worker mpm apache module for the server I'm working on, which is Amazon X-Large 15 GB memory 8 EC2 Compute Units (4 virtual cores with 2 EC2 Compute Units each) and that will run a Magento website with about 50 active users at once. Site serves a lot of images and about 45 requests per page. Images sometimes hang, so it seems worker would be a better option? Thanks

  Hey I've just installed Windows Server 2003 Enterprise onto a newly built PC with this motherboard, but when I try to install the CDROM Support files it reports with an alert that says "Support files incompatible with WIN... blah blah" (Basically they seem to be only compatible with win7). Should I be installing Windows Server 2012 for these drivers? or are there drivers that are compatible with the Server 2003 Operating System?

This is going to take a while.   Apache 2.2 CentOS Plesk 9.x I am using Plesk to manage my domain names on my virtual host.and GoDaddy for DNS I have created a new sub-domain blog. I can see the httpd.include for example has a new virtualhost entry for blog.example.com I can also see folders have been created for the subdomain blog vhost\example.com folder But when I try to go to blog.example.com - I get an error - basically the host is not getting resolved My site - example.com is working fine otherwise Any idea what could I be missing ? I did try restarting the apache web server as well

• Does Chrome use a different DNS server while Firefox and IE use a different one?

  Is the common set up for Chrome that it will use a different DNS server, while Firefox and IE will use a different one? My Chrome (including the one on the virtual PC) will sometimes "Resolving host" and wait there for 20, 30 seconds, while Firefox and IE won't. (so after 20, 30 seconds with a blank page, the page will finally not be able to load). So is there something that Chrome is doing that make the difference?

• Problems login ubuntu 10.10

  I recently change my compiz settings for my cube and upon restarting my pc it first black screened, where it got stuck, on this screen the last command stated that it was checking the battery status, it was like this for hours i finally got thru to the Login screen but it will not accept the password (with i know is correct). I am a novice with Ubuntu but have read and tried everything the forums have told me to do but to no avail.... Please, please, please any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.

• Enable ReadyBoost on a second internal HDD?

I can finely use ReadyBoost with pendrives, but I wonder, Is there a way I could use my underutilized second HDD to participate in the cacheing mechanism (same concept as having two CPU cores crunch things in parallel: have two HDDs fetch data in parallel)? It would be more convenient to plug the external drive in to a desktop PC, and then do the backup over the network. Is there a way to do this?   On a Windows 7, the working set memory usage plus private memory does not add up to the total used memory in Task Manager and Windows 7 Resource Monitor. How do you find out where the used memory is coming from? The cached memory can't be part of it because sometimes the total cache is greater than the total in use. The commit memory plus the working set also doesn't add up to the total in use - but even that shouldn't be significant if it did, since commit is virtual.

For example: rcpt to: test@localhost will yield the following error: 550 5.1.1 <test@localhost>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table What I want to achieve is setup virtual maps which accepts email to all the users (even if the user doesn't accept in the system) then forward all those emails to a specific user mailbox.   Is it possible to boot the Acer Aspire One PC from an SD card? I have bricked an Aspire One, but it does not even start the BIOS. Aspire One have this issue and a BIOS update usually work and it helped me once in the past, but this time it's all over, and the BIOS update fails. It still reads the SD card with the magic Ctrl + Esc shortcut used to launch the BIOS update. Can I trick the computer into booting somehow using this shortcut?

  I'm coming from a PC, loaded with a Core 2 Quad CPU and 8GB of DDR2 RAM. I was running Premiere CS3. I'm new to Mac so I'm not sure if this will help performance: Will increasing my 21.5" Core 2 Duo iMac's memory from 4GB (DDR3) to 8GB improve performance of Premiere CS4 significantly? I am not impressed with Premiere as it is now. The iMac is the newest one as of this post.

• SQL Server connection error (a weird one) (unsolved yet)

  SQL Server can be connected from local system but can not be connected from remote system in the network. The error code is 40 from Visual Studio and 1326 when I try to connect to SQL Server from Management Studio. Firewall isn't the problem TCP/IP connection is enabled from SQL Server There are 2 pc terminals that can connect to the SQL Server but the 3th one cannot and using the same connection strings so the connection string is right It is SQL server 2000 any help will be appreciated thanks
