    I have a query where I'm trying pivot row values into column names and currently I'm using SUM(Case...) As 'ColumnName' statements, like so: SELECT SKU1, SUM(Case When Sku2=157 Then Quantity Else 0 End) As '157', SUM(Case When Sku2=158 Then Quantity Else 0 End) As '158', SUM(Case When Sku2=167 Then Quantity Else 0 End) As '167' FROM OrderDetailDeliveryReview Group By OrderShipToID, DeliveryDate, SKU1 The above query works great and gives me exactly what I need. However, I'm writing out the SUM(Case... statements by hand based on the results of the following query: Select Distinct Sku2 From OrderDetailDeliveryReview Is there a way, using T-SQL inside a stored procedure, that I can dynamically generate the SUM(Case... statements from the Select Distinct Sku2 From OrderDetailDeliveryReview query and then execute the resulting SQL code?

  • shared library path inconsistent from one host to another

    I built my qt app so that all the Qt modules it uses are contained in the same directory as the executable. It works on the machine I used to build the app and I made sure to test this by removing those shared libraries everywhere except in the current directory of the app. Doing a ldd shows that its looking for those libraries in the current directory and putting the executable by itself fails to open the exectuable. So this is all good but when I transfer this directory to a host machine it still cant find those libraries. what could be the problem?

  • Overflow exception while performing parallel factorization using the .NET Task Parallel Library (TPL

    Hello, I'm trying to write a not so smart factorization program and trying to do it in parallel using TPL. However, after about 15 minutes of running on a core 2 duo machine, I am getting an aggregate exception with an overflow exception inside it. All the entries in the stack trace are part of the .NET framework, the overflow does not come from my code. Any help would be appreciated in figuring out why this happens.     Hello Everybody, We develop applications for SAP using their SDK. SAP provides a SDK for changing and handling events occuring in the user interface. For example, with this SDK we can catch a click on a button and do something on the click. This programming can be done either VB or C#. This can also be used to create new fields on the pre-existing form. We have developed a specific application which allows users to store the definition required for new field in a database table and the fields are created at the run time. So far, this is good. What we require now is that the user should be able to store the validation code for the field in the database and the same should be executed on the run time.   • Two DIV layers: resize top DIV based on dynamic height of bottom DIV

    I have two DIV layers, one above the other. In the top DIV, there is an image, and in the bottom DIV, there is a block of text. The amount of text in the bottom DIV will change, thus increasing and decreasing the required height. I need to dynamically decrease the height of the image in the top DIV based on how much height is required for the bottom. I have exactly 600px vertical space available. For example: If the bottom DIV requires 200px height, I need for the image to change height to 400px. If the bottom DIV requires 300px height, I need for the image to change height to 300px. I know that I can make the image height 100% of the top DIV, thus allowing it to expand or contract as needed. The issue is that I need for the bottom DIV to be able to expand freely and for the top DIV to react accordingly.     I want to make my system redirect unknown requests such as www.address.com/a_company to the adress www.address.com/companies/company/ and display the company a_company if it exists in the database, otherwise throw the user to a 404 not found page. So in detail, I want to make namespace that is as the first example dynamically, if the company exist in the database, I have no problem connecting to the database and retrieving information or finding a way to parse a company name, I just need help how to make my system check and run a function every time the address doesn't exist and show the second page (/companies/company/).. I am using an Acl as well, but I think it should be fine if the page is /companies/company and then possibly add /?c=a_company or similar. Thank you. /Marcus

    I need to dynamically generate a code like this in the resulting html: <p>>> gallery one</p> <p><a href="../gallery2">gallery two</a></p> <p><a href="../about">about the author</a></p> <p><a href="../news">our news</a></p> I do have menu_code string variable created in views.py (it is generated depending on an item number of the current page passed — 1 in the case above), which contains that long string with the code shown above. It is (well, supposed to) passed by locals() into the html template (all other variables are passed that way successfully): return render_to_response('gallery_page.html', locals()) I have this: {% include menu_code %} inside the template html. But instead of being interpreted as code it is just shown as text in the browser. What am I doing wrong? How to make it work as a dynamically generated menu?

In my various projects I keep encountering the same usage scenarios which require repetitive, verbose and thus error-prone code snippets that use Path.Combine, Path.GetFileName, Path.GetDirectoryName, String.Format, etc. Scenarios like: changing the extension for a given file name changing the directory path for a given file name building a file path using string formatting (like "Package{0}.zip") building a path without resorting to using hard-coded directory delimiters like \ (since they don't work on Linux on Mono) etc etc Before starting to write my own PathBuilder class or something similar: is there a good (and proven) open-source implementation of such a thing in C#?

So I have the following entities involved: Products -Id -CategoryId Categories [Id] Properties [Id, CategoryId] PropertyValues [Id, PropertyId] ProductProperties [ProductId, PropertyValueId] When I ad a product to the catalog, multiple ProductProperties will be added based on the category and I would like to be able to filter all products from a category by selecting values for one or more properties. I will gather all filters, which I will hold in a list, by reading the URL. Now it is time to actually get the products based on multiple properties and I have been trying to find the right strategy but untill now it does not really work. Is there a way to make this work without writing SQL?     I'm trying to add a range of - 365 days and + 365 days but it appears that using this attribute in EL 4.1 only accepts a special ISO formatted string ... thus I can't simply add a normal string to this validation routine. <DateTimeRangeValidator(DateTime.Now.AddDays(2), DateTime.Now.AddDays(4))> _ I wanted to do something similar to the above - fyi Does anyone know how you can force this attribute to accept this ISO formatted string w/out hand coding this value?
