• find command in Linux

  My goal is to find all pdf files on a remote machine, so I resort to the useless command find. So I type find . *.pdf or find ~ .pdf or find ~ ".pdf" and I get nothing. I do the same on my machine and I get nothing. I do a regular search from the menu on my machine and I find quite a few pdf files. Would somebody please tell me what am I doing wrong?

• JDBC ODBC bridge for Mac OSX

  Hi, I am having a hard time establishing a connection to my database file using JDBC-ODBC bridge. The driver I am using is sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver but I believe it is not present on Mac OSX by default and hence throws an exception for class not found. I googled for the driver but could not find much useful information. Can somebody please help me establish the connection? Or send me any link which contains information I am looking for? Thanks,

  Hi, I am using jasperreport and trying to pass an alternate report runner. • net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRThreadSubreportRunner: The initial thread-based implementation • net.sf.jasperreports.engine.fill.JRContinuationSubreportRunner: A Javaflow-based implementation I am using the second one (for the reason, it runs on tomcat server, and creating threads wouldn't be good while writing subreports). The second one depends on commons-javaflow which is a sandbox version. Not sure if I should use it, Could somebody suggest a better way. Thanks

  Just found out that the video output of the iPad is not a system level functionality, but that it needs to be explicitly build in into each app. Is there somebody who has any experience with this, who could point me to sample code? Here you can simply add the attached trkd_cert.cer (“Add” button) or get it from port (“Retrieve from port” button, host: ++++.com, port 443) But this is valid for Websphere 6.1.
