    I am teaching myself MS-SQL and I am trying to find different ways to find the Count of Paid and Unpaid Claims for 2012 grouped by Region from these 3 tables. If there is a returned date, the claim is unpaid if the returned date is null then the claim is paid. I will attach the code I have ran, but I am not sure if there are better ways to do it. Thanks. This paves the way for Javascript minifiers/combiners that take into account proper ordering of script includes. The only thing that might bother some is that it's VS-Doc. Are there any competing standards that are designed to be vendor-neutral? And how widely is the VSDoc standard used by non-Microsoft IDEs such as Eclipse, etc?

    I'm hashing a large number of files, and to avoid hash collisions, I'm also storing a file's original size - that way, even if there's a hash collision, it's extremely unlikely that the file sizes will also be identical. Is this sound (a hash collision is equally likely to be of any size), or do I need another piece of information (if a collision is more likely to also be the same length as the original). Or, more generally: Is every file just as likely to produce a particular hash, regardless of original file size?

    Hi, I'm a Java developer and I've downloaded the Eclipse for C (course purposes) and to my amazement the control+space shortcut (for autocomplete) did not work. I've created a new project and a new class using the wizzards and started to type "print" and then tried to find an autocomplete feature. After a bit of googling I arrived at C/C++-Editor-Content Assist-Advanced and there I verified that Help proposals,Parsing-based proposals and Template proposals options were checked. I then went over to the Keys preferences page using the link at that page and entered a binding for all relevant content assist from before C\C++ Content Assist (type...) and chose in the When box the C\C++ Editor option. But alas no autocompletion was offered. Can someone please point me to the right direction? Thanks, Ittai

    I'm creating a Windows app that automatically updates itself. I'm not using ClickOnce for a variety of reasons. When I try to File.Move() my updated files to C:\Program Files on Windows 7, I get the following error: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files\<company>\<app>\<app.exe>' is denied. I am not given a UAC prompt. The exe that I am trying to update is not currently running.
