  • How do I create/use a Fluent NHibernate convention to map UInt32 properties to an SQL Server 2008 da

    I'm trying to use a convention to map UInt32 properties to a SQL Server 2008 database. I don't seem to be able to create a solution based on existing web sources, due to updates in the way Fluent NHibernate works - i.e. examples are out of date. Here's my code as it currently stands (which, when I try to expose the schema, fails due to SQL Server not supporting UInt32). Apologies for the code being a little long, but I'm not 100% sure what is relevant to the problem, so I'm erring on the side of caution. I think I'll need a relatively comprehensive example, as I don't seem to be able to pull the pieces together into a working solution, at present.     I don't even know if a solution exists or not. Here is the problem in detail. You are a program that is accepting an infinitely long stream of characters (for simplicity you can assume characters are either 1 or 0). At any point, I can stop the stream (let's say after N characters were passed through) and ask you if the string received so far is a palindrome or not. How can you do this using less sub-linear space and/or time.

    A DirectX scene can be drawn inside of a WindowsFormsHost, but this solution concerns struggling with some interop issues, mainly the 'airspace' problem. Thus, before creating whole framework for this, I'd like to know, if a D3DImage used within a WPF window will cause alike problems with overlay and sizing as described in the WindowsFormsHost doc? Or is it designed to be fully compatible with WPF system? Thank you for your help.

    Herlihy and Shavit's book (The Art of Multiprocessor Programming) solution to memory reclamation uses Java's AtomicStampedReference<T>;. To write one in C++ for the x86_64 I imagine requires at least a 12 byte swap operation - 8 for a 64bit pointer and 4 for the int. Is there x86 hardware support for this and if not, any pointers on how to do wait-free memory reclamation without it?

    I am using the paypal mass pay feature but i am unable to make payments greater than $20. When I attempt to make large transactions (say for $120) i get the error that says the account has insufficient funds. My account has more than the requisite amount to make the payment. I am trying to find a solution as there is no documentation that says anything about an a limit for each payment in the mass pay api. I would appreciate any help on this.

The thing is, i wish to distinguish between the content,title and date for each blog post. I might be able to get the date through regex, but there are so many custom scripts people are using now that the html classes and structure is so different.     I realize that Visual Studio has the "/P" option to generate preprocessed files, but it's extremely inconvenient. I'm looking for an addin that allows you to right-click on a file and select "view preprocessed" - or any similar solution that would basically preprocess the currently-open file (with the appropriate options from the current configuration) and show me the output, with no extra hassle. Does such a thing exist?
