  • NHibernate Many to Many delete all my data in the table

    I would love to thank @Stefan Steinegger and @David helped me out yesterday with many-to-many mapping. I have 3 tables which are "News", "Tags" and "News_Tags" with Many-To-Many relationship and the "News_Tags" is the link table. If I delete one of the news records, the following mappings will delete all my news records which have the same tags. One thing I need to notice, I only allowed unique tag stored in the "Tag" table. This mapping make sense for me, it will delete the tag and related News records, but how can I implement a tagging system with NHibernate? Can anyone give me some suggestion? Many thanks. Daoming.   • Java Swing: JWindow appears behind all other process windows, and will not disappear

    I want to download a pdf file from the web server using $http. I use this code which works great, my file only is save as a html file, but when I open it it is opened as pdf but in the browser. I tested it on Chrome 36, Firefox 31 and Opera 23.   • invite friends in a dialog in a Facebook application

    I'm trying to create a Facebook application that displays a friend invite dialog within the application using Facebook's Javascript API (FB.ui). To do that I followed this tutorial I have two problems : The action url I've put in the request-form is "http://apps.facebook.com/appname/post_invite.php" but I see that the iframe source after the post is "http://mydomain.com/post_invite.php" and when this iframe tries to do : parent.closeInviteWidget(); I get an error saying : "Permission denied for < http: //mydomain.com (document.domain has not been set) to get property Window.closeInviteWidget from < http:// apps.facebook.com (document.domain=< http:// facebook.com)." The skip button inside the request-form opens the action url in a new window (new browser tab) and not post to itself like the invite button.     I have a Facebook app I'm developing locally. I've configure everything correctly to SSL development with Thin. I know that using a shotgun.rb file, I can pass options to Thin to get it to start in SSL mode, but I'm not exact sure how to pass these options.   • WPF windows locked when calling webservice. Even when run asynchronously

    Hi there. I'm having a big problem when calling a web service from my WPF application. The application/window locks until the process has completed. I've attempted to run this asynchronously but the problem still persists. Currently, the web service call I'm making can last 45-60 seconds. It runs a process on the server to fetch a big chunk of data. As it take a little while I wanted to have a progress bar moving indeterminately for the user to see that the application hasn't stalled or anything (you know how impatatient they get).     I am trying to write a quote generator. For each product, there are a set of options. I want to dynamically add a drop down list for each option, and then have their SelectedIndexChanged events all wired up to update the quote cost. I am not having any trouble adding the DropDownList controls to my UpdatePanel, but I can't seem to wire up the events. After the page loads, the drop downs are there, with their data, but changing them does not call the SelectedIndexChanged event handler, nor does the QuoteUpdatePanel update. Now, I would like to completely restore the previously saved state from 'test.ser', but seem to have a misconception of how to properly deserialize an objects state.     I try to build my app with CMake on Mac OS X, I get the following error: Linking CXX shared library libsml.so ld: unknown option: -soname collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make[2]: *** [libsml.so] Error 1 make[1]: *** [CMakeFiles/sml.dir/all] Error 2 make: *** [all] Error 2 This is strange, as Mac has .dylib extension instead of .so. Build process: cmake -D BuildType=Debug -D LibraryType=shared . make I found, that incorrect command generate in CMakeFiles/sml.dir/link.txt. But why, as the goal of CMake is cross-platforming.. How to fix it?

  • Problem getting puppet to sync custom fact

    I am having trouble getting puppet to sync a custom fact. I am using puppet version 0.25.4. The fact is inside a module as described in http://docs.reductivelabs.com/guides/plugins_in_modules.html If I specify --pluginsync on the command line it does sync correctly, but does not otherwise even though I have pluginsync=true in my puppet.conf. Is it correct that this command line option and the option in the puppet.conf should have the same behavior?
