  i have used IMAPI2 for buring CD/DVD in windows XP..but it is giving me unhandeled exception...it is written as:- System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast COM object of type 'IMAPI2.Interop.MsftFileSystemImageClass' to interface type 'IMAPI2.Interop.MsftFileSystemImage'.   Is there an option or tool that will allow me to change the default naming convention for files copied into the same directory in Windows (XP) and above. e.g. from: Copy of {name}.{ext} to: {name}.{ext}.copy Currently: original_file.php Copy of original_file.php Desired: original_file.php original_file.php.copy This would make finding/working with duplicated files much easier (they auto-sort together) and the filetype (by extension) changes thus it can't accidentally "break" something (e.g. if it were a *.java file, upon compiling I would get errors)

  This isnt a firewall issue, I can telnet to gmail with no problems, but all browsers (chrome, IE, firefox) return a This web page is not available. error when tring to access it through the browser. I can access the same pages, using the same browsers, on the same machine, but through a different user account with no problem. What the hell is going on? Help appreciated. Edit: This is definitely a windows setup issue - I have just created a new admin account and can access https with problems. This is seriously infuriating.

• Way to wake up win-xp pc, without hibernate or network?

  I have no need to wake up a remote pc, just the pc I use at work. I want to wake it up, by itself, without having to use hibernate, which I am not comfortable with, or have ever used. Then I can have the "System Scheduler" freeware that I use, to automatically do anti-virus updates, anti-malware updates, ccleaner /auto of course... It just would make my day's easier if it was already on by the time I arrived, I usually always turn my pc off when I am done with work, or if I didn't, I have a scheduled task to auto-shutdown pc 1 hour after my normal work hours... Without using hibernate, can i get my pc to wake up on it's own at a certain time each weekday?

• USB Hub powers down in sleep mode on Win 7 64

  This question has been asked before but not answered. I would like the USB hub to remain on in sleep so I can wake up the laptop from an external keyboard and mouse. I have set all the device drivers by unchecking allow this device to be powered down and disabled selective suspend in control panel but the hub still powers down. If I plug a keyboard or mouse directly in to the PC they remain powered and wake the computer its only when they are connected through the hub there is a problem. I have another PC running Win 7 32. If I set this up in exactly the same way the hub remains powered in sleep. Both PC's are Toshiba Satellites with multi-core celerons but one runs Win 7 32 the other Win 7 64. BIOS settings are the same. Any help would be appreciated even confirmation that this is a feature of Win 7 64.

  When I double click on My Computer, I can immediately see the Total size and Free space for internal and external HDDs, and inserted CD/DVD media, but in the same columns I cannot see these values for any USB flash drives. They are just empty. To see, I have to right click on USB drive letter, and select Properties.
