  • Download file is blocked using WatiN even after modifying registry settings

    I'm doing an IE automation using WatiN. When a file to be downloaded is clicked, I get the following in the Internet Explorer Information bar: To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has blocked this site from downloading files to you computer. I added a registry key to, HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\ZoneMap\Domains\ then a REG_DWORD value named "http" with value==2 as given in http://stackoverflow.com/questions/972345/programmatically-add-trusted-sites-to-internet-explorer but still facing same issues. Can some1 advice on this....

  • jquery event handler- trigger function upon specific key and action

    Background story: when a user selects a portion of text in a text field with her mouse (mark it up manually), and subsequently hits "alt" key, a certain function would trigger. My questions are: How can I trigger a function when a user hits a key (in her keyboard)? How can I preserve a portion of text selected, and use it as a parameter for that function? I've tried looking up online but haven't found any good answers, but i'd greatly appreciate links as well.

    These questions are a kind of game, and I did not find the solution for them. It is possible to write ::: in Cpp without using "" or anything like this and the compiler will accept it. (macro-s are prohibited too) And the same is true for C# too, but in C#, you have to write ???. I think Cpp will use the :: scope operator and C# will use '? :' , but I do not know the answers to them. Any idea?

  • Copying a byte buffer with JNI

    I've found plenty of tutorials / questions on Stackoverflow that deal with copying char arrays from C/JNI side into something like a byte[] in Java, but not the other way around. I am using a native C library which expects a byte array. I simply want to get data from a byte[] in java, into preferably an unsigned char[] in C. Long story short: What is the best way of copying data from a jBytearray in JNI? Is there any way to detect it's size?

I have some questions on the usage of freemind maps 1) Instead of using the freemindbrowser.html and the jar file to integrate a map with a website/ web app, can we do an export to Javascript from the tool and then integrate that exported file (.html) with the web site? 2) I want to be able to add javascript functions on events like node click, how do I do that?     Scenario: I am maintaining a function which helps with an install - copies files from PathPart1/pending_install/PathPart2/fileName to PathPart1/PathPart2/fileName. It seems that String.Replace() and Path.Combine() do not play well together. The code is below. I added this section: // The behavior of Path.Combine is weird. See: // http://stackoverflow.com/questions/53102/why-does-path-combine-not-properly-concatenate-filenames-that-start-with-path-dir while (strDestFile.StartsWith(@"\")) { strDestFile = strDestFile.Substring(1); // Remove any leading backslashes } Debug.Assert(!Path.IsPathRooted(strDestFile), "This will make the Path.Combine(,) fail)."); in order to take care of a bug (code is sensitive to a constant @"pending_install\" vs @"pending_install" which I did not like and changed (long story, but there was a good opportunity for constant reuse). While there are many ways to improve the code, I am mainly concerned with the part which has to do with String.Replace(...) and Path.Combine(,). I do not want to make changes outside of this function. I wish Path.Combine(,) took an optional bool flag, but it does not. So ... given my constraints, how can I rework this so that it starts to sucks less? Thanks!

    Hi! I'd like multiple threads to use the dijkstra_shortest_paths and astar_search functions of the BGL, and then read the property maps of the result vertices and edges. I'm wondering wether I should use mutexes to ensure thread-safety. So here are my questions: 1., Are the dijkstra_shortest_paths and astar_search functions of the Boost.Graph thread safe? 2., If I only try to read the property maps of the graph from multiple threads, do I need to worry about thread safety?
