    I've a root directory and it contains many directories,in turn each sub-directory contains many directories and so on.For example if "A" is a root directory it contains sub-directories "A.a","A.b",so on... and each directory("A.a","A.b",etc) contains many directories.I want to copy the inner directories of "A.a" , "A.b" ,etc.. to other directory structure similar to the "A".Instead of copying the each directory I want to use loop that iterates every directory and it's sub-directories(even files).How to do that...Please help me out as I'm new to Ant...

  • How to write my own global lock / unlock functions for PostgreSQL

    I have postgresql (in perlu) function getTravelTime(integer, timestamp), which tries to select data for specified ID and timestamp. If there are no data or if data is old, it downloads them from external server (downloading time ~300ms). Multiple process use this database and this function. There is an error when two process do not find data and download them and try to do an insert to travel_time table (id and timestamp pair have to be unique). I thought about locks. Locking whole table would block all processes and allow only one to proceed. I need to lock only on id and timestamp. pg_advisory_lock seems to lock only in "current session". But my processes uses their own sessions. I tried to write my own lock/unlock functions. Am I doing it right? I use active waiting, how can I omit this? Maybe there is a way to use pg_advisory_lock() as global lock?     I've looked around a bit for a great JavaScript Sprite Sheet animator lib/engine but couldn't find any good ones so I thought I'd ask around =). What I'm looking for in the engine is: Animate an image in a non-canvas setting (ex: div via css or img tags) Control frame rate/animation speed Flags to loop or to animate once etc. Are there any engines like this out there? If not I can always make my own but then again, I don't want to re-invent the wheel =].

  • Is typeid of type name always evaluated at compile time in c++ ?

    I wanted to check that typeid is evaluated at compile time when used with a type name (ie typeid(int), typeid(std::string)...). To do so, I repeated in a loop the comparison of two typeid calls, and compiled it with optimizations enabled, in order to see if the compiler simplified the loop (by looking at the execution time which is 1us when it simplifies instead of 160ms when it does not). And I get strange results, because sometimes the compiler simplifies the code, and sometimes it does not. About the context, I tracked down the problem to this very simplified example, but my goal is to use typeid with template types (as partial function template specialization is not possible).   • xmldocument and nested schemas

    Using c# and .net 3.5 I'm trying to validate an xml document against a schema that has includes. The schemas and there includes are as below Schema1.xsd - include another.xsd another.xsd - include base.xsd When i try to add the Schema1.xsd to the XmlDocument i get the following error. Type 'YesNoType' is not declared or is not a simple type. I believe i'm getting this error because the base.xsd file is not being included when i load the Schema1.xsd schema. I'm trying to use the XmlSchemaSet class and I'm setting the XmlResolver uri to the location of the schemas.     Is there any good way to display rtl based languages (in this case Hebrew) in facbook? As soon as I include a page in rtl formating facebook it gives displays it ltr and usually aligned right. What definetly works is when I use dir="rtl" in the code. But then the fbml tag come out the other way round. And when I try to publish a stream it is not displayed correctly. Is there any support for rtl in facebook? In IE (tested 7 and 8) when I click Submit it redirects the page to add_item.php rather than loading it into the #items div. I tried adding event.preventDefault(); to the end of the function but that didn't work. Any ideas?

So I tried to add messages to the Faces Context based on 2 different client ids <tr> <td height="5"> <h:messages style="color:darkred" id="error_message" /> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="89%" class="InfoMsg" align="center"> <h:messages id="confirm_message" /> </td> </tr> and in the java layer FacesMessage facesMessage = new FacesMessage(Constants.saveMessageConfirm); FacesContext.getCurrentInstance().addMessage(Constants.STATIC_CONFIRM_MSG_CLIENT_ID, facesMessage); But, even if i add messages to client Id confirm_message - and only to confirm_message - and not to error_message - The message is shown twice in 2 different styles (refer the HTML above) 2 Questions : 1) What is the problem here? 2) If I want to show the image inside a td in the second tr and conditionaly show that second tr when confirm messages are present - what is the best way?   • Can't delete record via the datacontext it was retrieved from

    I just upgraded one of my application's methods to use compiled queries (not sure if this is relevant). Now I'm getting contradicting error messages when I run the code. This is my method: MyClass existing = Queries.MyStaticCompiledQuery(MyRequestScopedDataContext, param1, param2).SingleOrDefault(); if (existing != null) { MyRequestScopedDataContext.MyClasses.DeleteOnSubmit(existing); } When I run it I get this message: Cannot remove an entity that has not been attached. Note that the compiled query and the DeleteOnSubmit reference the same DataContext. Still I figured I'd humor the application and add an attach command before the DeleteOnSubmit, like so: MyClass existing = Queries.MyStaticCompiledQuery(MyRequestScopedDataContext, param1, param2).SingleOrDefault(); if (existing != null) { MyRequestScopedDataContext.MyClasses.Attach(existing); MyRequestScopedDataContext.MyClasses.DeleteOnSubmit(existing); } BUT... When I run this code, I get a completely different contradictory error message: An attempt has been made to Attach or Add an entity that is not new, perhaps having been loaded from another DataContext. This is not supported. I'm at a complete loss... Does anyone else have some insight as to why I can't delete a record via the same DataContext I retrieved it from?

  • What about buffering FileInputStream?

    I have a piece of code that reads hell of a lot (hundreds of thousand) of relatively small files (couple of KB) from the local file system in a loop. For each file there is a java.io.FileInputStream created to read the content. The process its very slow and take ages. Do you think that wrapping the FIS into java.io.BufferedInputStream would make a significant difference?
