  • automate operations within a Virtualbox machine

    Hi, I'm Having some trouble in a vm that seems to occur only once in a hundred during shutdown/reboot. To help the debug, I'm thinking to write a script that runs on my desktop, which starts the vm and automate operations for a huge number of times (keyboard key pressed) whithin it. (VirtualBox preferred). It's just exactly how a script using the expect lib would do with a program in command line. I'm not sure it's possible, but anyway, if anyone has an idea... Cheers

  • How can the subView detect that the mainView is rotating?

    I have a mainView. To this view, I am adding a view of the same size. When the mainView(the background) rotates, its being detected but the subview doesnt have any idea about being rotated. And its functions are not even being called. Even when the program launches too, if I am in landscape mode, its the same way. How can I make the subView know that the device is being rotated?

    Okay, so I'm getting these warnings whenever I try to use stdscr in pdcurses: LINK : warning LNK4098: defaultlib "LIBC" conflicts with use of other libs; use /NODEFAULTLIB:library LINK : warning LNK4049: locally defined symbol "_stdscr" imported LINK : warning LNK4049: locally defined symbol "_SP" imported How do I fix this?
