  • List of existing Android Virtual Devices empty

    I'm new to Android development and I'm currently going through some tutorials. When I setup a new Android Project in Eclipse, and select Windows - Android SDK and AVD Manager, in Virtual Devices, the list of existing Android Virtual Devices is empty. Is it supposed to be? From the pictures in the tutorial, it's pre-populated. Can I download these AVDs from somewhere, am I missing something here? Also, I'm developing this on my Macbook Pro.

    The default appearance of a method for example, ".ToString()" is by default the color black. I want to make it a different color to stand out but I do not see any options that reference this option specifically.     I have an ASP.NET .ASMX web service that I converted to .NET 4.0 with VS 2010 and is hosted in an IIS 7.5 (Windows 7) application pool. I have a simple html page that I use to make the AJAX request to the web service. How can I debug what's going on in the web service in Visual Studio? Because the HTML ajax request doesn't seem "tied in" to the web service, which is located on my local IIS service, I can't figure out how to debug it.

  • View dynamic code in Visual Studio

    I generate a dynamic assembly with CSharpCodeProvider, from a C# source saved into a string. I can run the synamic code at runtime, but if I pause the execution Visual Studio doesn't show me the dinamic source code in the call stack. It says "External code" and I can't step into that source code. I think VS can't find PDB or other debug info. Can you help me?

    Hi, I'm trying to manually fire a MouseLeftButtonDown event on a WPF control programmatically, as I am using the Microsoft Surface SDK, which does not fire MouseLeftButtonDown events, but ContactDown events. Basically I'm trying to push the MouseLeftButtonDown event down to the control, to fire off the correct behavior on the control, while handling a ContactDown event. I'm guessing I have to somehow use the RaiseEvent method on the control to do this with MouseButtonEventArgs, but I'm having some trouble figuring out the parameters.
