• Sending SMS using Java ME application

  I want to a Java ME application that transfers any SMS received to a PC using bluetooth. The PC can then direct the Java ME application via bluetooth to send a response SMS. Is there library available for this architecture or I have to design it myself? Is this approach correct or a better one exists? I want to use bluetooth as then I will not have dependency on the cable.

  I've got an object in my project with circular references. I've put [JsonIgnore] above the field like so: [JsonIgnore] public virtual Foobar ChildObject { get; set; } I'm still getting circular reference errors when I serialize the object. The only fields that do not have JsonIgnore are string fields and should not cause this. Is there something else I need to do to get JsonIgnore to work? Thanks!

  Hi all. I have a project that I have been running on IRIX that builds fine with gmake. I copied the source and make files onto a Redhat machine, and running gmake gives me the error posted in the subject. This is during a part of the make that is building .d dependency files, and they are separated by a colon, which I have read is a no-no, but why does it work on one system and not the other?   Hi all, I have a query factory that takes a column name as an attribute in order to search for that column. Right now I'm passing the name of the column as a string, so it's kind of hardcoded. If the name of the column changes in the entity's annotation, that "hidden dependency" breaks up.
