    I saw a video of Google I/O and found an example of GWT UI being very consistent between clients. Which you can save, add, drag and drop in almost real time between clients. I currently don't understand the basic of this (In GWT, i think it implement Comet), so is there anyone can give me a term or definition for this? so I can get it on Google for more information? Below is the error The content of element type "message-driven" must match "(description?,display-name?,small- icon?,large-icon?,ejb-name,ejb-class,transaction-type,message-selector?,acknowledge- mode?,message-driven-destination?,env-entry*,ejb-ref*,ejb-local-ref*,security-identity?,resource- ref*,resource-env-ref*)".     Is it possible to modify the DOM during or before the initial DOM parsing? Or do I have to wait until the DOM is parsed and built before interacting with it? More specifically, is it possible to hinder a script element in DOM from running using userscripts/content scripts or similar in chrome or firefox? Tried using eventListeners on DOMNodeInserted before the DOM is parsed, but these are only fired after the DOM is built.

    Hello, I am doing some work which involves drawing video frames in real time in OpenGL ES. Right now I am using glTexImage2D to transfer the data, in the absence of Pixel Buffer Objects and the like. A below answer suggests that glTexImage2D is always blocking, even if texture object referenced does is not used for any drawing. Is there a way to do a nonblocking texture upload with OpenGL ES (any version)? Thank you very much, Sean

  • UIPopoverController. Is is appropriate to embed a tableViewController within?

    I am doing an iPad imaging app and I am considering UIPopoverController as my workhorse user interface element. The user will spend most of their time immersed in fullscreen content (in both portrait and landscape). When the user wants to select a different piece of content I want to use UIPopoverController to handle that. Is it appropriate to embed a tableViewController in a UIPopoverController to allow in-place scrolling or am I abusing the intended use of UIPopoverController? Thanks, Doug
