  • IE showing "decimal" instead of "comma"

    I am having an issue with a slider (implemented using Prototype) and IE7. Upon the slider value change I update a with the value such as "420,000". Now on all browsers other than IE7 this is display correctly. But on IE7 it is displayed as "420.000" .. my question is how did the "," become "." the page has UTF-8 meta tag. Any help?

I'm executing the batch file from a WiX installer, via a custom action. I tried adding an @ECHO OFF to the top of the file, but that didn't seem to do anything. Is there a way that I can run this batch file silently?

    I have a custom UIView with a UILabel and a UIImageView subview. (tried using UIImageView subclass aswell). I assign an image to it and add the view to the screen.     I'm trying to implement a simple text animation in a custom UITableViewCell without having to go into editing mode which automatically brings up the delete button on the right. What I'm trying to accomplish is that when the label is updated by a button within the UITableviewcell, the text in the label is updated but with some smooth animation like sliding to the right since the updated text is prepended to the string.     I am currently developing this site: tochat.vn As viewing in Firefox 7.0.1, it has annoying white border at top of the page. I have been trying to remove the border in many ways, but nothing really works. Actually, there are 2 things I noticed, when I removed "margin: 0" on body tag (on reset.css) OR when I removed the "fixed" value of background-attachment of the "body" class (on style.css) the border disappeared. But I can't remove these attributes :( Any suggestion?

  • jquery .find to get the text in a <li>

    So I have a series of 2 nested ul's. When you click on the text (which is in an a tag) in the li, my page makes that editable and adds a save button. clicking the save button needs to give me back the new text inside that li and the id of that li. The id is not a problem. I'm trying to use jQuery's .find to select that anchor tag (which is successful) but i can't seem to get the text from it.     Hi, I'm using Spring 2.5 with my custom class that implements MessageListener. If a JmsException is thrown in my onMessage( ) method, what happens to the state of the queue? Is the message considered "delivered" by the queue the moment onMessage is called? Or does the JmsException trigger some kind of rollback and the message is re-entered on the queue?     Hi, I have a table in which I want a dynamic image to load in at the left-hand side. The table needs to use an IF statement to select the appropriate image from the "Resources" folder, and needs to be based upon [dog types]. The [dog types] is extracted from an RSS feed, and so the image in the table cell needs to match the each cell's [dog types] tag. I suspect I need to use - (UIImage *)imageForTypes:(NSString *)types { to do such a thing. Thanks.
