    Hi All, I am working on a soucre code which was developed using java 1.4 but now we want to migrate it to java 6. I was able to compile it but there are tons of warnings related to use of java generics wherever we have made use of collections framework. It is possible to remove them by manually make changes to them, but I wanna know if is there any tool which can run on the source code and remove all the warnings by making necessary changes ot the code.     Hello All... I have just jumped into the Blackberry development arena... I am trying one example for storing a persistence data into Blackberry file system. In that I am using following classes : import net.rim.device.api.system.PersistentObject; import net.rim.device.api.system.PersistentStore From using them I am able to persist the data easily... But now I need to remove it from the file system to experiment with something... So, to remove them I am trying following option from Eclipse plugin : Project -> Blackberry -> clean simulator But once I open this option, it's showing me as disable and giving me some alert like "Please select clean option". Thanks in advance....

    Hi. I have a lot of custom keyboard shortcuts set up. To avoid having to set them up every time I install a new visual studio (happens quite a lot currectly, with VS2010 being in beta/RC) I have created a macro, that sets up all my custom commands, like this: DTE.Commands.Item("ReSharper.ReSharper_UnitTest_RunSolution").Bindings = "Global::Ctrl+T, Ctrl+A" My main problem is that Ctrl+T is set up to map to the transpose char command by default. So I want to remove that default value in my macro. I have tried the following two lines, but both throw an exception DTE.Commands.Item("Edit.CharTranspose").Bindings = "" DTE.Commands.Item("Edit.CharTranspose").Bindings = Nothing Although they kind of work, because they actually remove the binding ;) But I would prefer the solution that doesn't throw an exception. How is that done?

    Hello i have a problem, im trying to open a textfile and remove all the special chars ñ Ñ ' á í etc... the file its a Layout that the clients send to me and i parse it to send the file to an AS400 server but i have to remove all special chars. THE PROBLES IS: some files with some special chars when i open it in c# it read the special chars and Two different chars and move the entire line one space to the right and then the information that has to be in that position wont be OK. i take the same file and open it in Notepad and the file is OK but when i open it in WordPad it looks like 2 chars (for just 1 especial char) Example: in the file i have: "0001 0003JUAN PEÑA33441JPENATEST" But in c# it shows "0001 0003JUAN PEï¦A33441JPENATEST" im using the encondig 1251 any help?

The feed looks like this: {"newsFeed":[{"feedId":"1", "title":"item1 title", "desc":"description of the item"}, {"feedId":"2", "title":"item2 title", "desc":"description of the item"}]} I'm trying to remove a JSON attribute or entry where the feedId is passed in via a variable using jQuery.   • How to remove some of the TimeSeries titles in a AChartEngine Time Series View

    As a workaround of not being able to change colors of selected points in a series on an AChartEngine Time Chart, I was using an additional series for each point whose color has to be changed. I need to disable series titles for those additional series. Using empty string as the argument to the Time Series construtor: TimeSeries ts = TimeSeries(""); still results in the line-and-point symbol being placed with empty series title string under the X-axis labels for each such series. It would be a desirable feature for AChartEngine to remove both the line-and-point symbol and the series title string for a series created with a null argument to the TimeSeries construtor call: TimeSeries ts = TimeSeries(null); But this currently resulted in nullPointerException instead. Would the AChartEngine developers consider the above suggestion and until then, is there a way to remove some of the TimeSeries titles from a AChartEngine Time Series View? Best regards.

    When I try to do an entityManager.remove(instance) the underlying JPA provider issues a separate delete operation on each of the GroupUser entity. I feel this is not right from a performance perspective, since if a Group has 1000 users there will be 1001 calls issued to delete the entire group and itr groupuser entity. Would it make more sense to write a named query to remove all entries in groupuser table (e.g. delete from group_user where group_id=?), so I would have to make just 2 calls to delete the group. @Entity @Table(name = "tbl_group") public class Group { @OneToMany(mappedBy = "group", cascade = CascadeType.ALL, fetch = FetchType.LAZY) @Cascade(value = DELETE_ORPHAN) private Set<GroupUser> groupUsers = new HashSet<GroupUser>(0);

    I really wish Processing had push and pop methods for working with Arrays, but since it does not I'm left trying to figure out the best way to remove an object at a specific position in an array. I'm sure this is as basic as it gets for many people, but I could use some help with it, and I haven't been able to figure much out by browsing the Processing reference.     Hi there, I've accidentally copied a large part of a folder tree from my SVN working copy to my shared Windows web host via FTP. The site is now littered with .svn directories and and I need some way of cleaning them. The only access I have to the server is via FTP, or by running a script on the server. Does any one have a script which can be run remotely to remove the files over FTP (any language Windows/Linux is fine) or a script in ASP, ASP.net or PHP I can run directly on the server to remove these directories?     Hi all, first post here, I come in peace :) I've searched but can't quite find what I'm after. I am trying to manipulate the selected option of a select box. Can someone please explain why this works: $('#some_select_box').click(function() { $('#some_select_box option:selected').remove(); }); but this doesn't: $('#some_select_box').click(function() { $('this option:selected').remove(); }); I just want to use "this" instead of spelling out the id of the select box - can someone point me in the right direction for the correct syntax? It's driving me mad because it looks like it should be really simple. And I'm sure it is to someone, but not me, cos its the end of the day and I'm brain-fried... Any pointers much appreciated.     Folks does anyone knows of a PHP function to remove unmatched HTML tags from a string. for example<div> This is a string <b> with an unmatched bold tag </div>. If there isnt one then help me buld one, maybe I can have a function that counts the number of opening tags and matching closing tags. If they are not even then remove the first opening tag or if closing tags are more, it removes the last tag?

How to do this? I guess i need to search in json_decode($_SESSION["animals"],true) resulting array and find the parent key to remove but i'm stucked anyways.

I have tried unsetting Qt::WindowMaximizeButtonHint and setting the window to fixed size. Nothing seems to work.
