  • Silverlight: TextBlock has no Template property?

    Guys, I want to customize the look of a TextBlock. (I want a rounded rectangle border around it). But I'd like to be able to set it's template via the app.xaml But I see that TextBlock doesn't have a Template property. I'd use Label (which does have a Template property) but I guess silverlight doesn't support a Label control. So what can I use to do this? Thanks in advance.

  • How to prevent shortcuts from firing when form is not active

    I open forms inside tabs of a page control. These forms may contain actions with shortcuts. And I want these shortcuts to be fired only when the tab that contain this form is active. I tried to override form's IsShortCut but it's not called. Form's OnShortCut is not called either. I would like to avoid putting code on each action to check this. I'm using Delphi 2010.

    Hi, I have an ajax calendar control that I specified the date format to be yyyy-MM-dd. Is it possible to have the comparevalidator validate that type of date sepcifically and have it fail for everything else? right now it seems to only take dd-MM-yyyy. Thanks.

  • Batch adding attribute to attribute sets

    I have a Magento installation with around 60 attribute sets. I need to add a new attribute to each of the attribute sets. There doesn't seem to anyway of doing this in the admin control panel. I am sure I can work it out by manually entering the correct fields into the database, but is there a way of doing this through the API or through the Import / Export profiles? Any suggestions would be gladly received.

I have the set of files in the Web References folder under my project. There's a .wsdl, .disco and several .datasource files. The problem is that when you hold the mouse button down (i.e. dragging from widows explorer), my app does not fire any of the form events. They all work fine if the mouse is not down. Is appears that I need to enable the 'AllowDrop' for the application (it is enabled on the form) What am I missing? I am developing in vb.net 2008 in windows 7 environment

    I'm writing a custom TreeView from ScrollableControl. I decided to show tooltips when the mouse hovers over nodes with text too long to display. I find that when tooltips are shown, the user is not able to click the node to select it because (I think) he's clicking the tooltip window, not my control. Is there any easy solutions? As far I can see, System.Windows.Forms.TreeView don't have this problem. Thanks!

One site suggested adding a reference to "Microsoft Internet Transfer Control" and then define an "Inet" object to do the FTP.
